Dismantling asbestos cement sheet, ridge (corrugated, semicorrugated, plain etc.) in roof covering,wall etc or of similar types complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc omplete all as spcified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings in framed works, 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping , of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 4mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4mm thick decorative pre -painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantling of existing false ceiling boards, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws alongwith bitumen washer complete all as specified and directed. Note- The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular/hollow section, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") including necessary welding complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantling/ trusses/ framed timeber clean sawn to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing etc., of old and new timbers if required) including necessary nut bolt, nails, screws etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F second class hardwood plain,solid ,straight,chowkats and frames,wrought, framed rebated on the solid ,rounded or chamfered,put together with glue pinned at joints, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic (coloured) tiles of 7-8 mm (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.15 sqm, in skrting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering on brick/ stone/ concrete surfaces of of wall in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete in all respect as spefied and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm dia harrison rails, anodised aluminium alloy with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall after complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather coat over 2 mm thick wall care putty (in two layers) over a coat of primer including preparation of surface, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces with pre mixed wood filler used as putty of grith exc 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick and glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F double door MCB Distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, triple pole and neutral, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 415 volt, IP42 protection grade and fixed with MS hold fast and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
