Illuminative decoration of - Terminal Building, ATC Cum Technical Block, Main entry and Exit Gate incl. Garden Area, of Kadapa Airport on following ocassions as per the timings and duration specified below, by using below mentioned lighting elements / components, including fixing / mounting , wiring & electrical connection, other accesories, and its dismantling after event completion etc., complete as directed by Engineer in Charge: (i) LED Serial Lights - (Warm white / Golden) - 494 Mtrs (Approx) (ii) LED Serial Lights - (Saffron) - 863 Mtrs (Approx) (iii) LED Serial Lights - (White) - 873 Mtrs (Approx) (iv) LED Serial Lights - (Green) - 834 Mtrs (Approx) (v) Decoration of tress using mimimum 18 feet lengths of each colour i.e., Saffron, White & Green LED serial Lights per Tree - 09 Trees (vi) Multi Colur LED Serial lights (For Garden Island in front of Terminal Building area) - 300 mtrs (approx) (vii) LED PAR lights of 100 watts (min) for Canopy, Garden areas etc., - 60 nos. (min) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all costs such as that for the lighting components, transportstion to & fro, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, T &P and any other charges required for successful completion of the work. 1.1 Republic Day ( 18.00 hrs of January 25th to 18.00 hrs of January 27th)

AAI Annual Day / Any other occasion as decided by AAI ( 18.00 hrs of March 31st to 18.00 hrs of April 2nd)

Independence Day ( 18.00 hrs of August 14th to 18.00 hrs of August 16th)
