Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal centrifugal multistage pumping set electric driven 1450RPM with CI impeller and steel shaft having discharge 130 cubic meter /Hr at 80 Mtr head coupled with squirrel cage induction motor of capacity not less than 75 HP, at 415 volts AC, 3 Phase 50 HZ mounted on common MS base plate ( factory assembled) and foundation of the pump set including PCC foundation, MS bolt with nuts and anti vibration pads with stainless steel glycerin pressure gauge type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rates of Common header of MS Pipe 300mm dia, 10 mm thick, 3 Mtr long embedded on PCC block and welding work as per site requirement for both pump sets are included in the unit rates quoted by the bidder for complete item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gaskit joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement at site incl dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves for 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gaskit joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement at site for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron non return valves conforming to IS-5312 with Gun metal seating single door type gasket joints bolts/nuts etc all as required for 150mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe of size 150 mm bore medium grade including fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: All GI Fittings bend ,elbow,tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate.

Supply and fixing GI pipe of size 100 mm bore medium grade including fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: All GI Fittings bend ,elbow,tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate.

Supply, commissioning and lowering of submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, 50 Hz, TP, 2900 RPM having discharge 300 LPM at 83 mtr head of 8 stage, vertical multi pump suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250mm) upto 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, commissioning and lowering of submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, 50 Hz,TP, 2900 RPM having discharge 600 LPM at 85 mtr head of 6 stage, vertical multi pump suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250mm) upto 15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DOL starter fully automatic type with safety control i.e single phase preventor, thermal over load relay, low voltage coil, analog meter having by pass switch, star delta delay timer suitable for 7.5 HP submersible pump of Make L&T model No. MU-G10H DOL (Heavy duty) or technically commerically equivalent model in Siemens/ABB/Schneider suitable for 415 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Star delta starter fully automatic type with safety control i.e single phase preventor, thermal over load relay, low voltage coil, analog meter having by pass switch, star delta delay timer suitable for 15 HP submersible pump of Make L&T model No. MU-G30 FASD or technically commerically equivalent model in Siemens/ABB/Schneider suitable for 415 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper cable 10 Sqmm 3 core for submersible motor complete all as specified and direced.
