Taking up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore pipe and connection laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls/roofs and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete with all fittings & valves etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-1 above but 25mm bore of pipe and -ditto-.

All as per item No-01 above but 40 or 50mm bore of pipe and -ditto-.

Dismantling /taking down old unserviceable metallic plug and socket with unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm bore pipe for Hot water 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanized, with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc and threading, cutting etc duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding, jointed and laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls/roofs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI water tubing 20mm bore 'medium grade', galvanized, with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches or floors or fixed to walls/roofs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI water tubing 40mm bore 'medium grade', galvanized, with all fittings like socket, union, elbow, bend, tees etc jointed and laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 of 84 for iron pipe and fixed of bore of 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of non-return valve of size 20mm bore, ISI Marked, complete with necessary arrangements for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sub main wiring alongwith earth wire FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core 2x10 Sqmm and one 6 Sqmm earth wire drawn through PVC conduit in wall/surface/ recessed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sub main wiring alongwith earth wire FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core 4x6 Sqmm and one 4 Sqmm earth wire drawn through PVC conduit in wall/surface/ recessed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240V 20 Amps complete with one single pole MCB with suitable weather proof enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanged cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary, gusset plates, riveting etc not exc. 10 Kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 for fabrication of water tank staging including applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs /cleaning etc and cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulation pipes etc of existing capacity hoisting if required and reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene triple layered water storage tanks capacity 500 Ltrs complete with float valve (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position after dismantling old unsv PVC tank complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of solar water heater system of 1000 Ltr per day (LPD) capacity complete cleaning and flushing out solar panel, arresting leakage in the system, replacing hot water hose pipe & PUF insulation of pipe, painting the solar panel frame and hot water storage tank frame with two coats of synthetic enamal paint and writing MES Nos etc of approved paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down hot water storage tank and transporting to work shop for repair and taking back after repair, cutting the copper tubing, removing the scale from the tubes by drilling/using wire mesh etc and brazing, arresting leakages etc refixing in the same position and testing etc., of capacity 1000 LDP, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement storage tank of 500 litre capacity suitable for existing capacity 500 LPD, outer body made out of high engineering plastic and inner container made out of SS 304L Plasma TIG welded and insulated with PUF insulation complete with heating element with thermostate including hoisting to the inlet and outlet connections from solar panel complete all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in foundation / footing of framed structure including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down geyser of capacity 25 Ltr of any type/make from existing position/location and refixing after serviceing and following repairs complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Descaling and cleaning of geyser inner shell after removing of geyser assembly and pvc connection. (b) Rectifying loose electric connection (c) Rectifying air lock problem in geyser (d) Rectifying loose PVC/GI pipe connections, complete all as directed.

Taking down geyser of capacity 35 Ltr of any type/make from existing position/location and refixing after serviceing and following repairs complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Descaling and cleaning of geyser inner shell after removing of geyser assembly and pvc connection. (b) Rectifying loose electric connection. (c) Rectifying air lock problem in geyser. (d) Rectifying loose PVC/GI pipe connections, complete all as directed.

Taking down geyser of capacity 50 Ltr of any type/make from existing position/location and refixing after serviceing and following repairs complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Descaling and cleaning of geyser inner shell after removing of geyser assembly and pvc connection. (b) Rectifying loose electric connection. (c) Rectifying air lock problem in geyser. (d) Rectifying loose PVC/GI pipe connections, complete all as directed. (Note :- For Item No 44 to 46 if any defective parts is required for replacement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of Sch 'A').
