M&L for Taking down Radiator assembly from the DG set cleaning with soap water and acid, cleaning the fins with Keroscene Oil and force water complete and refixing including soldering if any leakage detected for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of complete radiator assembly with Gasket, Hose pipe, nut and all connected accessories all as per sample for DG Set 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent set complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of fuel tank with Kerosene Oil and force Air complete and including welding if any leakage detected for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe of dia 4 inch with 1mm thick GI sheet , min 3 mtr long Exhaust pipe with flanged joint as required at site with fixing accessories, with gallan dori as per existing exhaust pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking down exhaust full system (Silencer) from the DG set, cutting and rewelding of exhaust system and cleaning with soap, Keroscene and forced water/Air complete and refixing including welding if any for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of turbo charger complete with Gasket, stud, nut and hexagonal flange all as per sample for DG Set 62.5/35 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of battery charger of capacity 24 volt, 10 A with auto cut OFF complete with all required necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning in replacement of engine control unit (ECU) suitable for 35 to 125 KVA DG Set, including calibration, programming and all necessory changes required during installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of DG Sets specification plate of size 0.6x0.2 meter made out of 3mm thick acrylic plate of blue colour and writing DG sets specification (MES No/ SM No), capacity, Location with white colour and grouted on wall with suitable size screw all as specified and directed. The signboard shall be fixed on wall with stainless steel clamps and screws, including all necessary hardware and supports. Edges shall be neatly finished and rounded and layout shall be as per approved sample.The work shall be completed in all respects including materials, transportation, lettering, fixing, and finishing to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Notes: 1. Sample of signboard shall be approved prior to bulk supply.

M&L for Spray painting of DG Set complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after scraping, removing, washing and cleaning of old paint of capacity 62.5 to 125 KVA DG Sets complete writing capacity and MES No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of paint: SHALIMAR/ASIAN/BERGER.

M&L in repair of factory made retro reflective sign board 2 mm thick aluminium sheet plate of size 1200X800 mm in 40 mm bore stainless steel pipe frame incl legs with aluminium/stainless steel rivets and flats of suitable size . The plate to be provided with compurised cut directional arrows,alphabets,lines & symbols etc with white colour reflective tape with font size and thickness as directed over dennison HIP base green reflective background sheets.Top hight of the boards with legs from ground level as decided by engr in charge including embeding in PCC 1;2;4 type b-1 blocks of size 45X45X60 cm including excavation, taking out old board (any type and size) all as per sample kept in GE office and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Asbestos rope 12 mm dia of superior quality with the exhaust pipe of DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 59,896.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
