Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan for laying of cable and getting out,compete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work measured separately). Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm, complete all as specified.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, HT 11000 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 95 Sqmm nominal cross section, 3 core, flat or circular, insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified .

Supplying, laying and testing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of black top road for laying of XLPE HT cables 11000V, 95 Sqmm and after laying of cables repairing of road with cement, concrete/bitumen, as per existing to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge, complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 100 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/laid under floor/road crossing/walls complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cable route indicator showing HT U/G cable 11KV (all words embosed) on route of cable with arrow made of CI insuitable shape and fixed on 35mmx35mmx4mm angle iron not less then length of 450mm, fixed in position including PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 150mmx150mmx150mm, from ground level, complete all as specified.

M & L for switch air break gang operated tripple pole 11000 volt 200 amps mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators 12 Nos and MS galvanized frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe worked from ground level with locking arrangement for current rating with 12 insulator with drop out expulsion type fuse of capacity 200 amps complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc as required including one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
