Construction of RCC Pre-Cast Boundary Wall in Govt.Agril Farm, Dabugaon, Dist - Nabarangpur

Supplying and fixing of the pre-cast SFRC (pre-tensioned Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete) boundary wall with pre-cast RCC Poles having finished dimension of 175 mm x 175 mm x 3000 mm long (providing construction joint at an interval of 15.40 mtr) made in M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos. of 4mm dia HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ using P.C.C (1:1.5:3) in foundation footing of size 600 mm x 600 mm & 600 mm depth from top over 150 mm thick P.C.C. of proportion (1:3:6) of size 600 mm x 600 mm & 150 mm depth at bottom and 600 mm x 600 mm & 100 mm depth of Sand filling in excavated foundation pit including excavating foundation pit for each pole in all kind of soil of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 850 mm including watering & curing for required days along with supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of 2100 mm (long) x 300 mm (wide) x 50 mm (thick) 7.0 nos. per span made with M-30 grade concrete using 4mm dia GI HTPC wire 4 nos., covering top of the boundary wall with a pre-cast SFRC cover of size (2000 x 150 x 150) mm downward U-shaped Coping per span and covering top of the poles with a pre-cast cover of size (300 x 300 x 150) mm in order to keep the panels in position and prevent the slab pannels from removing complete in all respect as a set to be measured in term of running meter including such pre-cast SFRC top cover, slab, pole,Cleaning, removal of debris up to a distance of 50metres outside the periphery of the area and levelling of work site including both side painting two coats of approved weather coat paint over a coat of wall primer including curing cost & conveyance of all materials, royality along with DMF & EMF, cost towards labour & quality testing charges required for works etc including dewatering , if required as per the direction of the EIC.
