Removing the unserviceable handle from the almirah steel large ,supply and fixing new 130mm long chromium plated handle to steel shutters complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots,supply and fixing new shelf made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable/damaged bottom portion carefully by removing rivets and welding spots and supply and fixing new bottom made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable leg from bottom of almirah carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.Supply and fixing new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of hammer tone paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable leg from the table steel carefully by cutting the welded ends with hand held machine and supply and fixing new leg made of MS Square tube 25mmx25mm of wall thickness 1.6mm by welding to the exact place and position,The welded surface shall also be grinded to make the spots and surface smooth complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable top rail from the table carefully by cutting the welded ends with hand held machine and supply and fix new rail made of MS Square tube 25mmx25mm of wall thickness 1.6mm by welding to the exact place and position,The welded surface shall also be grinded to make the spots and surface smooth complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots and supply and fixing new shlef made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable rusted conduit pipe from the side flanges ,Supply and fixing new 20mm dia conduit pipe along with side flanges complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable handle from the lockers steel and supply and fixing new 100mm long chromium plated steel handle of ISI marked with riveting to steel shutters complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable hasp and staple from locker steel and supply and fixing new hasp and staple of size 75mmx40mm of 3mm thickness with riveting to steel shutters complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable leg from bottom of lockers carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.Supply and fixing new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting.complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

RACK SHOE STEEL,FD/E6/MAP/02(R) : Removing the existing damaged/rusted legs (U shaped) carefully without damaging the other parts by using hand held cutting machine,Supply and fixing new legs (U shaped) made out 25mm dia MS pipe 18 gauge duly welded to its position complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable wire mesh (Jali) shelves, Supply and fixing new wire mesh (Jali) shelves made out of 3mm dia MS rods duly welded to its position complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

S & F new PVC shoe suitable to the leg complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for painting shoe rack steel by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of hammer tone paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete shoe rack.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

TEAPOY VERANDAH,FD-35/255: Removing the unserviceable top from teapoy verandah carefully;supply and fixing new top of size 900mmx450mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade both side laminated with same shade duly providing 4mm thick teak wood edging all around fixed with adhesive and headless nails complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Supply and fix new PVC shoe suitable to leg after removing the unserviceable shoe complete all as directed and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved quality complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

CHAIR COMPUTER, FD/E6/MAP/01: Removing by unscrewing the unserviceable damaged Seat & back from each chair carefully .Removing the existing torn out tapsetry cloth ,pressed foam cushion,elastic webbing tape from each seat and back.The seat and back shall be fully upholstered by using new 60mm thick 40 density foam sheets and new webbing tape.The seat and back shall duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture ,the rate of cloth shall not be less than 350 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair and S&F new arm of same shape and size ,made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing unserviceable adjustable pedestal assembly with hydraulic system and S&F new pedestal assembly with hydraulic system having forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension and manual override, 4 position tilt lock. Anti shock back mechanism to prevent backrest. 360 swivel mechanism to allow with fluid lateral movement suitable for chair computer complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Painting to all steel portion of chair computer with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for removing the unserviceable one piece PVC seat and back and supply and fix new one piece seat and back to Chair school with hand board complete all as directed and shown on drawing. Make of one piece seat and back : Nilkamal/ Supreme/ Cello/ AMKO/ Blow plast.

Material and labour for removing the existing foot rest wire mesh of chair school and S & F the same with new one duly welded to match with existing complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Painting to all steel portion of chair revolving with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

CHAIR WITH DESKLET MAKE-GODREJ,MODEL NO - PCH-7004 : Removing by unscrewing the unserviceable damaged Seat & back from each chair carefully .Removing the existing torn out tapsetry cloth ,pressed foam cushion,elastic webbing tape from each seat and back.The seat and back shall be fully upholstered by using new 60mm thick 40 density foam sheets and new webbing tape.The seat and back shall duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture ,the rate of cloth shall not be less than 350 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable / broken hand board of Chair and supply and fixing with screws new hand board made out of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade both side laminated with same shade with 4mm teak wood edging all around the hand board complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the unserviceable desklet from the chairs carefully and supply and fixing new desklet made of 2mm dia wire as per existing shape and dimension complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Painting to all steel portion of chair with desklet with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth complete all as directed and shown on drawing.
