ESSENTIAL REPAIR TO B/R NATURE OF WORKS AT HQ DGBR COMPLEX SEEMA SADAK BHAWAN RING ROAD DELHI CANTT IN THE AREA OF 1353 GE 21 BRTF UNDER PROJECT SHIVALIK IN NEW DELHI

Attending day to day upkeeping under ground sewage complaints of all nature for rectification i.e. blockage of WHB, bottle trap, urinal, sink, floor trap Nahani traps, WC gully trap, vertical CI pipe/PVC pipes of any dia including junction holes of any description, sewer/rain water line, manholes in any situation of building for cleaning manually using bamboo or other eqpt /mechanically and removing blockage from entire system and making it fully functional in the area of office compex at HQ DGBR complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The complains shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within same day i.e from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.1267/-Per day (08 hrs) shall be leived upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. (ii) Contractor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, GI wire, PHADWADA, Bucket, Spikes, rope etc) incl necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed. (iii) In addition to above, Contractor shall arrange mechanical rodding with vibrating/ drilling concept i.e Jet pressure/trolley/truck mounted sewer cleaning machine as and when required (Minimum once in 03x months) for cleaning entire sewage system and free of any sludge/ blockage. (iv) Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's Incharge, in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Egr in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engr in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However such complaints shall be attended on very next day whether it is 'Sunday' or 'Gazetted Holidays' and nothing extra shall be payalbe to contractor on this account.

Checking and attending to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles, door springs, iron frame of doors, rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works ,repair by welding(run or spot welding as per site requirement) by providing one welder and one helper alongwith welding machine gloves welding glass, welding rod etc. Note :- The cost of welding rod shall be included in this unit rate.

Repairs to Aluminium Doors including taking down the shutter n.exc 2.00 Sqm for repairs/replacement of defective fitting & fixtures and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Minor parts such as screws,pivot,hinges ,glazing clips ,rubber gasket etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.Any other Unsv item/material which are required to be replaced shall be paid separately as 'supply only' under respective item of this schedule.)

S & F in repair cast aluminium body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No-3,universal type,suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 kgs complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Godrej/Ozone.

S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tack or stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified.

S & F in repair 6mm thick Veneered decorative ply wood,grade I (with BWR resin) decorative veneers on one side faces, fixed with screws to timber frame work or angle iron chowkhat complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Action/Century.

S & F 5mm thick frosted glass including hacking out old broken glass, Complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Modi Guard/Saint Govind.

S & F in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified. Make : Ozone/Dorma/Nexia and equivalent.

S & F sheet glass, 4mm thick, selected quality fixed with clips and putty complete in squares exc 0.50 Sqm each pane incl hacking out old broken glass from metal frame incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins and providing new ones complete all as specified and directed.
