Excavation in foundation and trenches (For pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/hard rock , where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting , planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/soil seperataly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 Cement :4 Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced conc.and plain conc.work in :-Flat surfacessuch as soffit and suspended floorsroofs landing and the like.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses plinth and string courses and the like Columns pillars posts and struts as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Prov. & Laying cement conc work 1: 1½ :3 (1cement:1:1½ sand :3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excludidng cosot of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation, footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and strining courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete in all respectas per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking of joints in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer with a floating coat of neat cement and curing complete in all leads and lifts. 40mm thick.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1 : 3 (1Cement : 3 Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Fixing of GI pipe (Light Class) tfor inlet ,outlet and scouring arrangement and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer in charge in all leads and lifts.

150 mm.dia.

Prov. & Fixing double flange cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm dia (single ball type) of Leader/ Kirloslar/ Kartar make conforming to BS 780-1984 with upto date amendments as per class PN 1.00 to with stand a seat pressure of 10.20 kg/cm2 as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and freamed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guard, bars, ladders railing, brackets and similar work.

Laying , jointing and testing of HDPE pipes in trenches to required grades as per IS: 4984-1995 latest with up to date amendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications including all fittings and accessories e.g. coupling, Tee's, bends, reducers, screwed adopters, flanged tail pieces, including PP Ball Valve complete in all respect.
