M & L for surface flame proof Sub main wiring with under mentioned single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded with copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts FRLS-H grade ISI marked drawn through in and including ERW steel conduit with flame proof accessories and including one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated single core cable unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Four runs single core cable and two runs single core cable of earth wire and one run of ERW steel conduit pipe shall be measured as one length. (ii) Flame proof accessories such as Junction box, unions and bends shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F for Flame proof LED aviation obstruction light fitting at ATC tower of Red colour 20 watts, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, Ac, IP 65 protection, vermin, dust & weather proof LM6 body self contained wire, duly certified by CMRI Dhanbad compartment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for maintenance free Chemical earthing of technology 3 mtr long 25 mm dia with 250-micron Copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7-8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 kA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material- polymer body & cover dimensions- 308 mm (L) x 308 mm (W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete all as specified and as directed.

TARMAC, AREA DRAINAGE AND MISC WORKS

M & L for cutting 10mm wide existing PQC Tarmac/ Runway/ Hardstanding by saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges without damaging the existing Tarmac edges/ surfaces of depth exc 450mm & n. exc 500mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking Gravelled Macadam, WBM, Soling, GSB etc any layers and surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth upto 350mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S & F for Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with "DANGER/ LT 433 VOLTS CABLE /MES or DANGER/ MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required/ ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel factory made, TypeTest Assemble (TTA) Panel for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, AC, 50Hz, cubical, out door type, weather proof, water proof, dust proof, vermin proof, shock proof IP 65 protection made out CRCA seet 3.15 mm thickness of suiitable size accommodate accessories with front and back double door opening/ lockable by the key from both side and provn of suitable bus bar chamber and switch gear compartments for MCCB incoming & out going feeders etc with copper extension links of suitable curent carrying capacitty not less than 1.5 times the rated current carrying capacity of MCCB individual feeder supported on DMC /Epoxy insulator including provison for termination with incoming and out going cables with cable glands. LT Panel shall be mounted on 50 x 50 x 6 mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of black bituminus paint over a coat of red oxide primer including PCC foundation of suitable size with PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) . All extension link/ inter connection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves to accomodate and including the following accessories:-. (Near MMPU Sub Station) Note:- Rate of earthwork and necessary PCC Plat form with PCC, B2 1:3:6 work with 1 Mtr clear space around the LT Panel etc are deemed to be inclusive in this item.

OUT GOING:- (a) 4 pole MCCB 160 Amps with rotary handle, adjustable thermal magnetic release type 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, breaking capacity 18 KA including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links - 01 No. (b) 4 pole MCCB 32 Amps with rotary handle, adjustable thermal magnetic release type 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, breaking capacity 18 KA including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links - 01 No. (c) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of LT Panel -01 No.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 100 KVA/ 80 KW, 3 Phase, 4wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design there by facilitating / easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board for latest norms/ regulation and lowest exhaust emissions meets with new generation with CRDI STD of CPCB-IV+, ISO 8728/ Noise pollution norms of MoEF & certified by ARAI, Pune with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories, acoustic enclosure, vibration pad, tools and spare,as provided by manufacturer, PCC foundation as per OEM all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-

(A) ENGINE :- (a) Engine shall be Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 100 KVA, alternator under NTP conditions with prime rating as per ISO 8728, provision of 10% over load provision shall be available for intermittent periods confirming to BS-5514/ ISO 3046. The Engine shall consist of following :- (i) Fly wheel (ii) Close coupling (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (v) Battery charging alternator (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry type

(vii) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (viii) Radiator fan (blower type) with guard (ix) Precision governor (x) Fuel filter (xi) Lubricating oil fiters (mounted) (xii) 12 Volts self regulating alternator belt driven by engine (xiii) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type (xiv) Corrosion resister / scale inhabitor (xv) Starter 12 Volts DC (xvi) Lubricating oil cooler (xvii) Lubricating oil pump (gear type) (xviii) Exhaust piping as per manufacturer design."

(B) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR :- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. Brush less alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000 or relevant of IS-4722. (ii) Type :- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (iii) Rating:-100 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition (iv) Speed - 1500 RPM (v) System -415 Volts - 2.5% AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz (vi) Connection - 4 wire star connection (vii) Enclosure - Screen projected drip proof (viii) Ventilation - Self ventilated (ix) Insulation - Insulation, Class H, IP-23
