15.7.4 : Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar. (Including pre-measurement of demolishing item).

50.6.1.5 : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete. Min. average compressive strength as per IS shall be 40-50kg/cm2 and has to be assessed by testing at Govt. lab.

13.1.1 : 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.7.2 : 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.16.1 : 6 mm cement plaster of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

5.2.2 : Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference. Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube Testing in Govt. Lab.

5.3 : Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.9.3 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

5.9.5 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers. (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

5.9.6 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts. (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preferences

13.37.1 : White washing with lime to give an even shade:New work (three or more coats)

13.43.1 : Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

11.37 : Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. Make: Khajaria, Johnson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or eq. in the order of pref and sample approval from KEL/client.

10.5.1 : Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces as per approved design and direction of Engineer at site.. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preferences.

10.10.1 : Fixing standard steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators in walls, including fixing of float glass panes with glazing clips and special metal-sash putty of approved make, or metal beading with screws, (only steel windows, glass panes cut to size and glazing clips or metal beading with screws, shall be supplied by department free of cost.Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per approved design and direction of Engineer at site.

10.25.2 : Item Shifted to head 14 as item 14.74 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. Make: TATA, JSW, VIZAG, SAIL or eq.

10.30.1 : Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows all complete with :4.0 mm thick glass panes

Supplying and fixing of aluminium powder coated glazed sliding windows using 5 mm or above thick glazing, EDPM Rubber / neoprene gasket including cost of all materials, fittings and accessories and labour etc complete using Indal,Jindal or equivalent sections as per IS( weight of aluminium sections not less than 7 kg/m2). Make of glass: Saint Gobain, Modiguard or Eq.

13.48.3 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. Make: Jotun,Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

Electrification works including preparation of the schematic diagram as per the directions of the officer in charge using approved materials etc complete including preparation of estimate based on PRICE/PWD schedule, preperation of drawing and getting approval from KEL/client and payment after deducting tender below.

All electrical materials/equipments shall be of best branded items with ISI, strictly as per schedule specification

Panel Boards: CPRI certified reputed manufacturers make

MCB/ELCB/DB - L&T/LEGRAND/SCHNEIRDER or equivalent

Switches/Sockets/Regulators - SCHEIDER/ABB/HAVELS/LEGRAND or equivalent

Rigid PVCPipes/Casing & Capping - A-ONE/REPUTED MAKE with ISI , Precession, Balco, GEO

Cable Glands & Sockets - REPUTED MAKE , Cosmos

Indicating Lamps - TEKINIC/RISHUB/STC, L&T, Schneider or equivalent

Ceiling/Exhaust fan: Havells, Orient, Usha, Crompton Greaves, Bajaj

Push Button- L&T, Schneider, Rishabh

Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.
