Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying tack coat at the rate of 0.275 kg (Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetres) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of 5.5% (Five point five) percent of mix weight and using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% ( two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smoth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smoth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 (M-fifty) grade including M-30 ( M-thirty) grade concrete edge block 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm (three hundred into three hundred into one hundred fifty millimeter) of grey or coloured shade. Interlocking Concrete block pavement shall consist of surface layer of appropriate sized concrete paving blocks paved and compacted over 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) thik bedding sand layer of specified grading, which is spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and is bounded by properly installed edge restraints. The joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading.
