Repairing MDPE Pipeline damages (With Excavation,Backfilling & Restoration). Providing services for repairing of under ground MDPE pipeline in case of any damage, leakage etc. to ensure complete restoration of pipeline by deploying adequate skilled & unskilled manpower and machineries, tools, etc. as applicable including squeezing the pipeline, cutting, prepararing and fusion welding, leak test, excavation, backfilling and restoration of site to its original condition in all respect. Providing Fusion Welding Machine, Squezers, and all other machineries & tools necessary to complete the work is in contractor's scope. Maintaining inventory of MDPE Fittings & Providing MDPE Fittings necessary for the job is in the scope of the contractor and payment will be made as per respective SOR for Supply.

PIPELINE PATROLLING SERVICES FOR STEEL PIPELINE NETWORK: Total length of the charged network is 45 km at present. Patrolling to be done for main lines with GPS enabled devices on two wheeler covering the steel network to & fro as per EIC and to submit report in a given format. Patroller has to inform GAIL Gas Control Room immediately on phone if there is any excavation or other acitivites above or around the pipeline, which may lead to pipeline damage. The actual length of pipeline and frquency for patrolling to be informed by EIC time to time. Rates to be quoted for Rs/KM per day.

The item includes complete cost of material , labour, transportation ,installation & erection to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing portable generator, welding machine and other tools, tackles and consummables is in the Contractor's scope.

PAINTING OF CHAIN-LINK FENCING: Painting of Fencing/ Gate / Electric Pole, as per various terms, specifications and conditions of the contract, after surface preparation after removal of loose paint / rust material if any with wire brush, emery paper, cleaning with lint free cloth including supply of all necessary paint materials, consumables, brushes, emery paper, tools, tackles, test & measuring instruments and related calibration accessories, support for carrying out the cleaning & painting work. The item includes complete cost of paint removal (wherever required) surface preparation, repainting including material (paint, primer etc.), labour, transportation, and re-lettering/Marking on the pipelines/Structures ato the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING OF METAL STRUCTURES: Providing services for painting of metal srtuctures, structural supports, above ground pipeline, etc at the consumer locations including surface cleaning, applying primer & two coat synthetc enamel paint with all consummables as per the direction of EIC

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC): Supplying and laying plain cement concrete (including shuttering of required) in all types of concrete works including leveling courses below foundation, substructure, superstructure, chambers, cable trench, under floors and any other locations, at all levels as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-chargeand as per scope of work. PCC 1:2:4 (Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, shuttering, earthwork in excavation and backfilling using approved earth in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.) 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size.

BRICK WORK: Brick Works of all types including surrounding the metering skid area and making stairs to reach metering skid plate form. This item includes the plastering with cement mortrar with ratio of 1:6 also. Bricks to be used of First Class Quality and this item also includes all labour, scaffolding materials etc. All complete as per direction EIC.

SULLY OF SAND: Supplying & filling Sand in layers and compacting by rolling,ramming, consolidating & dressing the surface or supply sand bags including the cost of Sand, bags & its transportaion as specified by EIC in all respect.(rates to include cost of all labour,tools,tackles, equipments,hire charges & etc whatever are required)

RCC WORK: Providing of laying Reinforced Cement of grade (1: 1.5: 3) with 20mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of structures like foundations, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, sleepers cable trench including shuttering, construction joints, bitumen painting on surface in contact with soil, providing and fixing reinforcing steel, shuttering, inserts, finishes etc. at all depths and heights complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the EIC. . Payment of reinforcement steel shall be done as per actual in separate SOR item

REINFORCEMENT STEEL: Supplying & Fabricating & Fixing in positionHYSD Steel Reinforcement / TMT Grade Fe-415 conforming to IS 1786-1985 at all level ( all depth & Height ) and positions including the cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending , Cranking, Binding, Welding, provision of necessary chairs and Spacers, Preparation of Bar bending, schedule, getting the same approved by EIC etc., complete as per drawings and specifications and including the cost of binding wire, labour etc. all complete in all respect as per scope of work in detail construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of EIC. The chairs & Spacers bars provided will be measured for payments

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION CHAIN LINK FENCING: Hot dip G.I. chain link fencing woven with (50x50) mm diamond shaped. Rates shall be quoted including all material labour, tools and tackles. Payment of PCC/ RCC, steel fabracation shll be done as per actual in respective SOR items.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR INTERIOR: Provinding services for pianting on Inside walls and ceilings of rooms/ buildings with acrylic washable distemper after proper suerface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR EXTERIOR: Outside wall with weather resistant exterior paint such as “Weathershield” of ICI or “Apex Ultima” of Asian Paints or ''Narolac suraksha advance'' of approved color after proper surface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RCC MARKERS: Supplying & Installing Markers (precasted) as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work and direction of EIC. Refer to Drawing enclosed. (Drawing- GAIL GAS RCC marker).

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Providing & Fixing of P/L Markers to be prefabricated as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of EIC. (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-1)

PAINTING ON PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Re-painting & Re-lettering on existing Markers along ROU / CGD Network route in city at any location with synthetic Enamel Paint ( min 2 coats) after scrapping of Old Paint and proper surface preparation as per satisfaction of EIC (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-3)

SERVICES OF UNSKILLED RESOURCES/LABOURS: Providing unskilled resources or Laboures with Genti, Phawara, Khurpi, Tasla,sledge hammer, crow bar/long chisel & other tools, if required as and when required.

Welding and Repairing services: Services for the structural welding, cutting and fitting job at metering skid locations and valve chambers etc including welder, portable generator, welding machine and other tools, tackles and consummables.

Material charges: Cost of fuel for running two numnbers of engaged two wheelars along with GPS tracking for meter readers deployed under 'Field O&M services'. Each two wheelar may be required to run for approx. 1500 Km/month. Cost to be considered inclusive of maintenacne,RTO,Insurances,Fuel etc.

Providing services of Quick Response Team (QRT) vehicle for maintenance of CGD network: The contracter has to maintain vehicle for carrying the required tools, spare parts, PPEs and other safety equipments along with contract manpower promtly to attend complaints, emergency, and other repair / maintence activities of CGD network. The vehicle should be Mahindra Pick-up Camper (Double cab) / TATA Pick-up Camper (Double cab) / or Equivalent) 5 Seater + tool carrying space and HSD/CNG vehicle custom made body as per drawing in tender document for 24 hours including cost of driver, fuel, insurance, RTO, consumables and maintenance for free run of 2500 KM per month. However total KM running shall be reconcilled every six monthlt basis. The vehicle should not be older than Six Months at the time of deployment.

EXCAVATION WORKS :Earth work in excavation below ground level for all kinds of works in all types of soil as directed for a depth upto site requirements (for the purpose meant for taking up any work by owner) including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, de- watering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material at undisputed place, as directed including providing temporary suports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, OFC, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete.

INSTALLATION OF SS TUBINGS: Installation of SS tubing of sizes 1/4", 1/2" and/or 3/4" by skilled and trained professional. The scope to include mobilization at site with all required tools / tackles, SS tubing clamps, hydraulic testing of the installed SS tubing at pressure 375 bar, drying of tubes, purging with nitrogen and charging of tubes with NG if available as per instruction of EIC. SS tubes and fittings to be provided by GAIL Gas. At least 20 meters tubing to be installed in one instance. For more than 20 meters payment to be done on prorata basis.

Material charges: Cost of fuel for running two numnbers of engaged two wheelars along with GPS tracking for meter readers deployed under 'Field O&M services'. Each two wheelar may be required to run for approx. 1500 Km/month. Cost to be considered inclusive of maintenacne,RTO,Insurances,Fuel etc.

Providing services of Quick Response Team (QRT) vehicle for maintenance of CGD network: The contracter has to maintain vehicle for carrying the required tools, spare parts, PPEs and other safety equipments along with contract manpower promtly to attend complaints, emergency, and other repair / maintence activities of CGD network. The vehicle should be Mahindra Pick-up Camper (Double cab) / TATA Pick-up Camper (Double cab) / or Equivalent) 5 Seater + tool carrying space and HSD/CNG vehicle custom made body as per drawing in tender document for 24 hours including cost of driver, fuel, insurance, RTO, consumables and maintenance for free run of 2500 KM per month. However total KM running shall be reconcilled every six monthlt basis. The vehicle should not be older than Six Months at the time of deployment.

The item includes complete cost of material , labour, transportation ,installation & erection to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing portable generator, welding machine and other tools, tackles and consummables is in the Contractor's scope.

PAINTING OF CHAIN-LINK FENCING: Painting of Fencing/ Gate / Electric Pole, as per various terms, specifications and conditions of the contract, after surface preparation after removal of loose paint / rust material if any with wire brush, emery paper, cleaning with lint free cloth including supply of all necessary paint materials, consumables, brushes, emery paper, tools, tackles, test & measuring instruments and related calibration accessories, support for carrying out the cleaning & painting work. The item includes complete cost of paint removal (wherever required) surface preparation, repainting including material (paint, primer etc.), labour, transportation, and re-lettering/Marking on the pipelines/Structures ato the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING OF METAL STRUCTURES: Providing services for painting of metal srtuctures, structural supports, above ground pipeline, etc at the consumer locations including surface cleaning, applying primer & two coat synthetc enamel paint with all consummables as per the direction of EIC

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC): Supplying and laying plain cement concrete (including shuttering of required) in all types of concrete works including leveling courses below foundation, substructure, superstructure, chambers, cable trench, under floors and any other locations, at all levels as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-chargeand as per scope of work. PCC 1:2:4 (Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, shuttering, earthwork in excavation and backfilling using approved earth in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.) 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size.

BRICK WORK: Brick Works of all types including surrounding the metering skid area and making stairs to reach metering skid plate form. This item includes the plastering with cement mortrar with ratio of 1:6 also. Bricks to be used of First Class Quality and this item also includes all labour, scaffolding materials etc. All complete as per direction EIC.

SULLY OF SAND: Supplying & filling Sand in layers and compacting by rolling,ramming, consolidating & dressing the surface or supply sand bags including the cost of Sand, bags & its transportaion as specified by EIC in all respect.(rates to include cost of all labour,tools,tackles, equipments,hire charges & etc whatever are required)

RCC WORK: Providing of laying Reinforced Cement of grade (1: 1.5: 3) with 20mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of structures like foundations, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, sleepers cable trench including shuttering, construction joints, bitumen painting on surface in contact with soil, providing and fixing reinforcing steel, shuttering, inserts, finishes etc. at all depths and heights complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the EIC. . Payment of reinforcement steel shall be done as per actual in separate SOR item

REINFORCEMENT STEEL: Supplying & Fabricating & Fixing in position HYSD Steel Reinforcement / TMT Grade Fe-415 conforming to IS 1786-1985 at all level ( all depth & Height ) and positions including the cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending , Cranking, Binding, Welding, provision of necessary chairs and Spacers, Preparation of Bar bending, schedule, getting the same approved by EIC etc., including the cost of binding wire, labour etc. all complete in all respect as per scope of work. The chairs & Spacers bars provided will be measured for payments.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION CHAIN LINK FENCING: Hot dip G.I. chain link fencing woven with (50x50) mm diamond shaped. Rates shall be quoted in Sq. M. including all material labour, tools and tackles, excavation . Payment of PCC/ RCC, steel fabracation shall be done as per actual in respective SOR items.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR INTERIOR: Provinding services for pianting on Inside walls and ceilings of rooms/ buildings with acrylic washable distemper after proper suerface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR EXTERIOR: Outside wall with weather resistant exterior paint such as “Weathershield” of ICI or “Apex Ultima” of Asian Paints or ''Narolac suraksha advance'' of approved color after proper surface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RCC MARKERS: Supplying & Installing Markers (precasted) as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work and direction of EIC. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Providing & Fixing of P/L Markers to be prefabricated as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of EIC. (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-1)

PAINTING ON PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Re-painting & Re-lettering on existing Markers along ROU / CGD Network route in city at any location with synthetic Enamel Paint ( min 2 coats) after scrapping of Old Paint and proper surface preparation as per satisfaction of EIC (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-3)

SERVICES OF UNSKILLED RESOURCES/LABOURS: Providing unskilled resources or Laboures with Genti, Phawara, Khurpi, Tasla,sledge hammer, crow bar/long chisel & other tools, if required as and when required.

Welding and Repairing services: Services for the structural welding, cutting and fitting job at metering skid locations and valve chambers etc including portable generator, Welder welding machine and other tools, tackles and consummables.

RE-PAINTING ON PIPE LINE (RCC) MARKERS: Re-painting & Re-lettering on existing Markers with systhetic emamel paint along ROU / CGD Network route in city at any location.

EXCAVATION WORKS :Earth work in excavation below ground level for all kinds of works in all types of soil as directed for a depth upto site requirements (for the purpose meant for taking up any work by owner) including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, de- watering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material at undisputed place, as directed including providing temporary suports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, OFC, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete.

INSTALLATION OF SS TUBINGS: Installation of SS tubing of sizes 1/4", 1/2" and/or 3/4" by skilled and trained professional. The scope to include mobilization at site with all required tools / tackles, SS tubing clamps, hydraulic testing of the installed SS tubing at pressure 375 bar, drying of tubes, purging with nitrogen and charging of tubes with NG if available as per instruction of EIC. SS tubes and fittings to be provided by GAIL Gas. At least 20 meters tubing to be installed in one instance. For more than 20 meters payment to be done on prorata basis.

Material charges: Cost of fuel for running two numnbers of engaged two wheelars along with GPS tracking for meter readers deployed under 'Field O&M services'. Each two wheelar may be required to run for approx. 1500 Km/month. Cost to be considered inclusive of maintenacne,RTO,Insurances,Fuel etc.

The item includes complete cost of paint removal (wherever required) surface preparation, repainting including material (paint, primer etc.), labour, transportation, and re-lettering/Marking on the pipelines/Structures ato the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING OF METAL STRUCTURES: Providing services for painting of metal srtuctures, structural supports, above ground pipeline, etc at the consumer locations including surface cleaning, applying primer & two coat synthetc enamel paint with all consummables as per the direction of EIC

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC): Supplying and laying plain cement concrete (including shuttering of required) in all types of concrete works including leveling courses below foundation, substructure, superstructure, chambers, cable trench, under floors and any other locations, at all levels as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-chargeand as per scope of work. PCC 1:2:4 (Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, shuttering, earthwork in excavation and backfilling using approved earth in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.) 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size.

BRICK WORK: Brick Works of all types including surrounding the metering skid area and making stairs to reach metering skid plate form. This item includes the plastering with cement mortrar with ratio of 1:6 also. Bricks to be used of First Class Quality and this item also includes all labour, scaffolding materials etc. All complete as per direction EIC.

SULLY OF SAND: Supplying & filling Sand in layers and compacting by rolling,ramming, consolidating & dressing the surface or supply sand bags including the cost of Sand, bags & its transportaion as specified by EIC in all respect.(rates to include cost of all labour,tools,tackles, equipments,hire charges & etc whatever are required)

RCC WORK: Providing of laying Reinforced Cement of grade (1: 1.5: 3) with 20mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of structures like foundations, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, sleepers cable trench including shuttering, construction joints, bitumen painting on surface in contact with soil, providing and fixing reinforcing steel, shuttering, inserts, finishes etc. at all depths and heights complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of the EIC. . Payment of reinforcement steel shall be done as per actual in separate SOR item

REINFORCEMENT STEEL: Supplying & Fabricating & Fixing in positionHYSD Steel Reinforcement / TMT Grade Fe-415 conforming to IS 1786-1985 at all level ( all depth & Height ) and positions including the cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending , Cranking, Binding, Welding, provision of necessary chairs and Spacers, Preparation of Bar bending, schedule, getting the same approved by EIC etc., complete as per drawings and specifications and including the cost of binding wire, labour etc. all complete in all respect as per scope of work in detail construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of EIC. The chairs & Spacers bars provided will be measured for payments

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION CHAIN LINK FENCING: Hot dip G.I. chain link fencing woven with (50x50) mm diamond shaped. Rates shall be quoted in Sq. M. including all material labour, tools and tackles, excavation . Payment of PCC/ RCC, steel fabracation shll be done as per actual in respective SOR items.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR INTERIOR: Provinding services for pianting on Inside walls and ceilings of rooms/ buildings with acrylic washable distemper after proper suerface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

WALL PAINTING WORK FOR EXTERIOR: Outside wall with weather resistant exterior paint such as “Weathershield” of ICI or “Apex Ultima” of Asian Paints or ''Narolac suraksha advance'' of approved color after proper surface preparation. Includes supply of all necessary materials, consumables, paints, tools and ladder etc as per scope of work.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RCC MARKERS: Supplying & Installing Markers (precasted) as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work and direction of EIC. Refer to Drawing enclosed. (Drawing- GAIL GAS RCC marker).

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Providing & Fixing of P/L Markers to be prefabricated as per drawing at designated locations/chainages along pipeline including excavation in foundation, painting/lettering of markers as required and disposal of surplus material. The item includes supply of all necessary materials, transportation, grouting of markers in concrete etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of EIC. (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-1)

PAINTING ON PIPE LINE (STEEL) MARKERS: Re-painting & Re-lettering on existing Markers along ROU / CGD Network route in city at any location with synthetic Enamel Paint ( min 2 coats) after scrapping of Old Paint and proper surface preparation as per satisfaction of EIC (Refer Drawing marker ANNX-3)

SERVICES OF UNSKILLED RESOURCES/LABOURS: Providing unskilled resources or Laboures with Genti, Phawara, Khurpi, Tasla,sledge hammer, crow bar/long chisel & other tools, if required as and when required.

WELDING AND REPAIRING SERVICES Services for the structural welding, cutting and fitting job at metering skid locations and valve chambers etc including portable generator, welding machine and other tools, tackles and consummables.

RE-PAINTING ON PIPE LINE (RCC) MARKERS: Re-painting & Re-lettering on existing Markers with systhetic emamel paint along ROU / CGD Network route in city at any location.

EXCAVATION WORKS :Earth work in excavation below ground level for all kinds of works in all types of soil as directed for a depth upto site requirements (for the purpose meant for taking up any work by owner) including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, de- watering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material at undisputed place, as directed including providing temporary suports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, OFC, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete.

INSTALLATION OF SS TUBINGS: Installation of SS tubing of sizes 1/4", 1/2" and/or 3/4" by skilled and trained professional. The scope to include mobilization at site with all required tools / tackles, SS tubing clamps, hydraulic testing of the installed SS tubing at pressure 375 bar, drying of tubes, purging with nitrogen and charging of tubes with NG if available as per instruction of EIC. SS tubes and fittings to be provided by GAIL Gas. At least 20 meters tubing to be installed in one instance. For more than 20 meters payment to be done on prorata basis.

Material charges

Material charges for Vrindavan Area: Cost of fuel for running two numnbers of engaged two wheelars along with GPS tracking for meter readers deployed under 'Field O&M services'. Each two wheelar may be required to run for approx. 1500 Km/month. Cost to be considered inclusive of maintenacne,RTO,Insurances,Fuel etc.
