Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil except sheet rock requring blasting to proper profile with all leads, lifts and delifts to proper section and profile including dressing and levelling the bed upto required depth and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering if necessary from foundation complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Filling in foundation and linth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance and royalty of materials with labour and T&P required for the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm size crusher broken H.G. metal for foundation concrete aproved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc complete including cost, conveyance and royalty of materials with all labour charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Brick work with fly ash bricks in cement motar (1:6) in foundation and plinth of size (23cmx11cmx8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sqcm with dimension tolerance +/- 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, convetance & royalrty of materials with labour charges etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with fly ash bricks in cement motar (1:6) in superstructure of size (23cmx11cmx8cm) having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sqcm with dimension tolerance +/- 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, convetance & royalty of materials and scaffolding and staging as required with labour charges etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinfoced Cement Concrete M-20 work with cement concrete with crushed granite 20mm down grade course aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper sloe and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth including watering, curing for required period 28 days centering and shuuerting providing grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance,royalty and other taxes of all materials labour, T&P required for this item including hire and running charges of the machinaries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Straitening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415) cutting, bending, cracking, hooking, welding or jointing if required the M.S. rod of HYSD steel and binding, tying the grill hoisting, lowering and lacing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost, conveyance and taxes of MS rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Suplying and TC of steel angle angle iron door & window with steel angle iron frame manufactured from standard rolled steel angel section of 40mmx40mmx6mm size with corners of the frame duly mattered and electronically welded with fishtaile hold fast s made out of MS flat size 200mm x50mmx30mm wide and 5mm thick welded to the frame @ nos per frame with 10mm dia MS round bar to be welded at the day with MS hinges of size 100mm 14SWG thick @ 3 nos and 15mm size 1 no for single and double leaf shutter, aldrop staple and tower bolt hinges duly welded to the frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with all labour charges for the work in all floors as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finishing smooth to inside rough surface of 9"/10" thick brick walls after racking out joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour charges required for the work etc comlete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge.

20 mm thick C.P in C.M.(1;6) for stone work etc complete

12mm (1/2') thick cement plaster (1:6) finishing smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after racking out the joint including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour charges required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

25mm thick A.S. Flooring with CC (1:2:4) ushing 12mm size CBHG Chips including all cost etc Complete.

Suplying, fitting & fixing vitritied tiles in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make conforming IS :13755 laid on 20mm thick cement motar (1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all work all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting enamel paint two coats over one coat of priming with ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand on iron work including labour & material charges as directed by the Engineer-in -charge

Painting one coat with oil bound cement primer T&P as directed by the Engineer - in Charge

Painting to two coats Arcylic wall putty two coats to interior surface, ceilling rubbing with sand paper to obtain finish smooth surface to receive painting etc complete as er direction of Engineer-in charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade etc. complete

Exterior primer one coat with oil bound cement primer etc. complete

Exterior wall painting 2 coat with weather coat paint of approved shade of new etc. complete
