PROVISION OF GLOW SIGN BOARD NEAR OFFICER INSTITUTE AT IRDE, DEHRADUN

Supply and fixing Glow Sign Board as per the following specification (a) Frame: The frame will comprise of MS Hollow rectangular section of size 60X40X2 mm thick on all four corners of the board including the semi circular portion. The MS frame be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The verticals on all four corners (1800 mm) & semi rectangular portion will be reinforced with bracing of MS Hollow section of size 60 X 40 X 2 mm at an interval of 600 mm centre to centre starting from the bottom at ground level. The portion above 1800 mm height will be semi circular with mid height below the board of 3600 mm. The distance between the two vertical columns shall be 4200 mm. (b) Cladding: - (i) The entire MS Frame will be suitably clad with 3 mm thick ACP sheet on all four sides. The corners shall be covered with adhesive tape and sheet weathering sealant. White acrylic letters of approx depth 25-30 mm and approx height 400-450 mm with strip LED light letters with text “SPECTRUM ARENA” will be placed on front side of semi circular portion. On the back side of semicircular portion plane acrylic letters will be pasted with text “SPECTRUM ARENA”. (c) Grouting: - The glow sign board will have a base plate of size 600 X 600 X 4 mm at ground level & 500 X 500 X 3 mm at the bottom of concrete in post hole. Both these plates will be connected with four number of 18 mm dia 450 mm long bolts & the frame work of sign board will be welded to base plate at ground level with adequate bracing. The size of post hole shall be 750 X 750 X 750 mm. The nuts & bolts will be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm graded aggregate. The cost of centering & shuttering for laying in position of cement concrete in post hole is inclusive. The excavated material will be disposed of upto 500 mtr. (d) The Glow Sign board will have four (04) Nos of focus LED Light 50 watt (each) fixed alongwith bracket with necessary electric connection from nearest taping point alongwith on/off switch. (e) Sketch of Glow sign board is enclosed as Annexure – D. Note: - The rate Quoted will be all inclusive of everything which is required for completion of the Job as per sound engineering practices.
