M&L for Cleaning of underground sump 3,00,000 gallonat main pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of Semi underground sump 1,00,000 gallonat main pump house, by draining out stored water completely with mud, pumping out and throwing away manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of sump after removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc and scraping all inner surfaces with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate, two coat of white wash inside of the sump and two coat of snowcem paint to the out side of the sump including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC overhead reserviour of capacity 40,000, gallon at 21 Metre staging by draining out stored water completely cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc with steel wire brush and finally washing with fresh water two times, disinfecting the reserviour with 2% solution of potassium permanganate and two coat of white wash all around surfaces of inside of the OHT including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale mud etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to starter panel, star Delta starter by replacing the following items at main pump House:- (a) 40 Amps, 3pole, Power Contactor, MNX A1, 230V, AC coil Make-L&T-6 Nos. (b) 20-40Amps, Thermal Overload Relay MN2 type. Make L&T - 2 Nos. (c) 2 No+2 NC Add on Block for 32A Power Contactor. Make L&T-6 Nos. (d) Digital CT operated Ammeter Make- AE/VOLT AMPS or equivalent as approved by GE - 03 Nos. (e) Copper wound current Trransformer with CT ratio 150/5Amps Make AE/ESSMA or equivalent as approved by GE - 01 No. (f) RYB coloured in indicating lamps, 230V AC - 12 Nos (g) HRC Fuse links 4/6Amps. Make : Standered/Havells/ABB -09Nos. (h) 6 Way terminal block of 60 amps rating for motor connection-04 Nos. (j) 60A, 3 Way open terminals - 06 Nos (k) 10 Sqmm flexible copper cable wire with copper lugs - 20 Mtr.

Disconnecting the existing monoblock pump set, 60 HP from electric connection and water connection & lifting from foundation, transporting to workshop for repair, de-assemble the pump set, taking out burnt winding wire from the armature housing, cleaning of slots and rewinding the complete armature with appropriate winding wire with 'E' class insulataion including insulataing materials, varnishing including replacement of C/ brassI impeller, hose bearing, re-assembling the complete pump set after repair including painting with two coats of smoke gray colour synthetic enamel paint and and fixed in same position, comisioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to auth workshop and back.

Disconnecting the existing at NPH Kiloskar centrifugal pump set, 120 HP from electric connection and water connection & lifting from foundation, transporting to workshop for repair, de-assemble the pump set, taking out burnt winding wire from the armature housing, cleaning of slots and rewinding the complete armature with appropriate winding wire with 'E' class insulataion including insulataing materials, varnishing including replacement of C/ brassI impeller, hose bearing, re-assembling the complete pump set after repair including painting with two coats of smoke gray colour synthetic enamel paint and and fixed in same position, comisioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate include transportation of pumpset from pump house to auth workshop and back.

Cleaning of Dosing/ filtration plants(primery and secondarary Tanks). repair/ rewinding exisiting 1/2/.5 Hp motors. Remove Corroded pipe of 15/20mm pipe. Repair/ replacement of feeding pump as per suitable head with motor all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.
