Bulk /full quantity order will be placed only on tenderers with satisfactory past performance for Fixed Handle for BOSM Wagons, as per RDSO Drawing No. WD- 22081-S-12. Alt 4, Item No. 4A (Each set consists of 2 Nos.) or similar items (with same/equivalent drawing / specification) for any type of wagons as per Para 2.6 of GCC. Material specification as per drawing (drawing attached herewith).The firm may read the Para 2.6 of GCC for full details. Firms should submit documentary proof like PO Copy, R/Note copy or CRN copy etc in support of their credentials/ satisfactory performance. Failing to up load these documentary proof may lead to rejection of the offer.
Firm has to supply full order quantity only after receipt of sample approval from the respective consignee.

Warranty will be as per IRS terms and Condition i,e 30 months or as per specification whichever is higher.
Railways prefers free delivery by Road at Consignee end i.e Door delivery basis. Material to be delivered directly to the premises of SSE/C&W/BNDM & SSE/C&W/ADTP as per their quantities specified in the Tender.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Inspection will be done by Consignee after receipt of the material.

DELIVERY OF MATERIAL : Material to be delivered directly to the premises of SSE/C&W/BNDM & SSE/C&W/ADTP as per the quantity tendered for them respectively.
I/We also confirm that Rates & Other financial terms, delivery terms & inspection terms quoted in relevant column of respective bid will only the ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted any where else should be ignored.
