Checking of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep at site when and where required as MES complaint slip on daily basis if required except Sunday and holidays in existing position including Supply and fixing as replacement at site in position ceiling fan capacitor 2.5 mfd all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but ceiling fan 1400mm sweep when and where required as MES complaint slip on daily basis if required except Sunday and holidays and ceiling fan capacitor 3.15 mfd all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connections, dismantling the blades and removing fan including blades to the workshop including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spare parts with new parts including necessary machining works and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connections and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rewinding work of armature (if any) shall be measured and paid separately (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burnt out parts other than connector, split pins, connection block and rubber reel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate of item No. 3.00

Note :- (i) Rewinding work (if any) shall be measured and paid separately (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burnt out parts other than connector shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. under item No 18 to 24 here-in- after. Taking down and refixing after repair air circulation fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos 18 to 24 : Bearing/gun metal bush/rubber bush & bolts/capacitor/rewinding/cord flexible/shaft etc. will be measured and paid separately

Taking down and refixing after repair wall mounted fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing after repair pedestal fan of any make/ model and sweep in its original position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for 1200 mm sweep fan with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including supply and fixing necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 9 here-in-before but for ceiling fan of size 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning/preparation of surfaces of ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep thoroughly and painting with one coat of spray painting using synthetic enamel white paint over the existing paint and writing of serial/ MES number with black paint having each letters/figures in Block of height n.exc 2 cm over it complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 27 here-in-before but for painting to exhaust fan with blade of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair louver shutters for exhaust fan of size upto 450 mm sweep suitable for any make made of MS sheet including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and bolt, nut, washer etc including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only cord flexible copper conductor three core 23/0.0076 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed 1100 V grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for comprehensive repair/ maintenance of storage type electric water heater (geyser) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 25 ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down, opening or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank upto the satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing then washers/ gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectifying earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power point. (d) Checking and refixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts/ components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/ components required shall be measured and paid separately under Item No. 34 to 43 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No. 32

M&L for comprehensive repair/ maintenance of solar water heater (geyser) horizontal type of capacity 100/500 ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down, opening or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank upto the satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.
