A letter of confirmation that the security and sanitation organization has obtained a License under the Karnataka Police Dept Security Agencies Rules 2008

The organization must submit documentation confirming the past 3years human resources experience of the organization it currently holds.

In addition to all the above qualifications the amount paid for provident fund workers insurance service Tax profession tax and income tax in the last 3 years and the documents in this regard should be attached

Applicants must submit documents providing that they have had a turnover of at least Rs 40Lakhs annualy for Last 3 years

Current registration with the department of labor to confirm that the number of staff required for this committee is already available (form-IV)

Attach a confirmation letter stating that the organization is not blacklisted

As per the circular of the honorable Director, The agency itself should install a biometric machine for the security personnel and maintain the attendance record and in case of power failure the biometric system should be powered by a battery it is a agency's responsibility to take action on a contiguous basis
