REPAIR TO DRAIN, SECURITY FENCE, BOUNDARY WALL, PATH AND OTHER MISC WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description, fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork of stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of perimeter drain of any depth by removing all dirt, silt, vegitation, debris etc. and finally brooming down the drain and removing all the taken out materials outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforcement cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including bending, cranking etc. and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
