Repair/servicing of air conditioning units (inverter type) of ENT OPD, Gynae OPD, Skin and MS office at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: i) Servicing of air conditioning units- 17nos ii) Providing and filling of Refrigerant- 5 kg iii) Providing and fitting of IDU PCBs with complete connections - 2nos iv) Providing and fitting of ODU PCBs with complete connections - 2nos v) Providing and fitting of Outdoor unit fan motors- 02nos vi) Providing and Fitting of New compressors of 2TR Capacity – 1nos vii) Replacement of old/damaged AC Automatic Voltage Stabilizer with input voltage range of minimum 100V – 300 V -6nos viii) Providing and fitting of 32A SPN along with gang-box and complete connections-6nos Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification for the winter season of 2025-26. Complete job as per site requirements and as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
