Technical Bid

RequiredThe bidder should be an empanelled agency in KPTCL for conducting Surveying works under Class-I category. The bidder should upload scanned copy of the valid empanelment letter issued by the Corporate Office.

RequiredThe bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years_ from 2020-21 to 2024-25_ usually not less than Rs.76,00,000.00 in line surveying works only along with Attested copies of Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Income Tax, PAN card details. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents issued by the Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should have in the last five years_from 2020-21 to 2024-25_satisfactorily completed survey of at least one 220kV & 110kV or above line work for an engineering project not less than Rs.30,02,538.00 as on the date of this tender in KPTCL/PGCIL/ NHPC/NTPC/any Govt, or public sector under takings & produce experience and performance certificate duly signed by competent authorities not below the rank of the EEE Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should have Valid GSTIN number issued by the competent authority. Scanned copy of the supporting original Documents shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Government Department/Power Utilities/Local Bodies of any state. A original Documents of self declaration in this regard is to be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part or JV may result in rejection of bid. Bidder should furnish the self declaration in this regard and upload original Documents.

RequiredThe bidder should upload the undertaking stating he is agreeable to conduct soil investigation works in his own soil testing laboratory or by tying up with any reputed soil testing laboratory, which is to be approved by KPTCL before conducting tests_by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer Civil, KPTCL. Point no.4 & 5 should be filled in the prescribed format as Annexure-A in the form of Bid document

RequiredThe bidder should upload the undertaking stating that he is agreeable to conduct surveying using modern survey techniques and to submit the survey reports using PLS-CADD software_either by owning the software or by tying up with other agencies who own the software

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
