Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including rakking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water at any height etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished fair and even without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling surface finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation newly and old plastered surfaces and applying 1mm thick Wall care putty on surfaces of wall as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of ceiling all as per specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facias, cornics etc(Internal & External surfaces by scrapping with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.
