Supply, laying,testing, commissioning of LT under ground cables of 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty armured with multi stranded aluminum conductors with IS-7098 (Part I) 1988 marked laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ poles, passing through pipe, of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm x 3.5 Core.

Supply, laying,testing, commissioning of LT under ground cables of 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty armured with multi stranded aluminum conductors with IS-7098 (Part I) 1988 marked laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ poles, passing through pipe, of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 2 Core.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and 1.5 mtr wide and getting out for laying of cables completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of excavated earth complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at a leval not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pinned thickness shall be measured, which shall be minimum 18 cm.

M&L for laying jodhpur stone quarry stone slab cover 25 to 30cm in width, 60cm long and 40 to 50mm thick laid in trenches and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand covered under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F galvanised tubes 50 mm bore light grade with all fittings like bend, elbow, reducer, socket tee laid in trenches/pole coping , made curved bend of 90° by to free run the cable through pipe from trench level and necessary arrangementicnluding all necessary clamps if required and all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of panel 3 phase and neutral 415 volt outdoor type double door factory made free standing, inter locking arrangement, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type IP-54 protection fabricated with 3.15 mm CRCA sheetouter shell and 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet of inner shell with anti corrosive coating and finally polyester powder coating in finite grey shade fully compartmentalized design with 4 No’s of aluminum bus bar of 300 Amp pre-wired with suitable size of aluminum strip with sleeves of suitable colour including suitable GI strip (for earth) 25x3 mm thick including angle iron frame and PCC work comprising for foundation complete all as specified the following :-

(a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 160 Amps 36 KA, 4 pole,415 volts thermal magnetic relerasetype - 01 No. (ii) Ammeter 0 to 300 Amp digital type with suitable ratio of CT's. (iii) Voltmeter 0 to 500 volts digital type having arrangement to check phase to phase, phase to neutral (iv) Indicating lamp. (v) Bus bar chamber having insulated aluminum bus bar 300 Amp and neutral. (vi) Chamber of suitable size for incoming and out going cablees with arrnging of suitable size cable glands. (b) Outgoing:- (i) MCB 40 Amps 10 KA 230 volts single pole and neutral 'C' series -3 Nos (ii) MCB TPN 63 Amps 415 volts 10KA 'C'Series-01 No. iii) Contactor TP 50 amps -01 Nos with operating coil 240 volts-01 No. iv) Digital Time switch 2 module type 24 hrs with DC battery for power back up. v) By pass arrangements with tggle switch to operate the street lights for maintinance/checking as per requirement. (vi) necessary connection with 4 Sqmm copper wire for all measuring maters and other connected instruments to smooth function of measuring instruments all as required and directed

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below of normal ground level with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron earth lead strip of size 32X6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point on completion with and including 40 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe for earth lead GI strip 32x6 mm and 15mm dia GI pipe for watering PCC pit with cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia tor bars @ 80mm C/C, 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Chanrge. Note:- 1. Testing of earth shall be carried out in presence of Engineer-in-Charge before release of payment. 2. The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free vegetable soil.

Supply and errecting in true vertical position Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 meter long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 including painting alternative black & white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holesfor bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base of the pole or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole or in any situation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Copper air termination rod 12mm dia 300mm long fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 6 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing with running on insulators on pole/wall etc. as required all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for earthing of complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised strip as earth continuity conductor of size 25x4mm bracing with plate by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh refilling with vegetable soil without bolders and stones, gravels and aggregate etc,and CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTES : 1. The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free vegetable soil. 2. Testing of earth shall be carried out in presence of Engineer-in-Charge before measurmentt.
