SPL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF STAND BY TRANSFORMER 250 KVA AGAINST BER TRANSFORMER AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER AGE(I) LANSDOWNE

Supply, install, testing and commissioning transformer step down 11/0.433 KV outdoor type trolly mounted, Level 3, copper wound AC 3 Phase, 50 Hz oil immersed naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tube, delta connected on primary side (11 KV HV side) & star connected on secondary side (433 V LV side) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side with tapping at ± 2.5% ±5% ±7.5% off load tap changer gear in steps of 2.5% continous rating of capacity 250 KVA including initial oil fill to appropriate level & all standard fitting all as per IS 1180 and maximum temp rise should not exceeds 40 degree celcius in oil and 45 degree celcius in HV/LV windings when measured by resistance method afterr contionious full load run on ambient temperature on 40 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed. The unit rate for each transformer includes the cost of following accessories/fittings :-

(a) Rating and terminal marking plates, non detachable (b) Earthing terminals with lugs-02 Nos (c) Lifting lugs for main tank and top cover (d) Thermometer pocket with cap along with dial type thermometer-01 No (e) Externally hand operated OFF circuit tap, changing device with locking arrangement. (f) Oil conservator tank with fitting hole, drain plug, prismatic oil level gauge. (g) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel. (h) Top filter valve with plug (j) Drain valve with plug (k) Air Release Valve (l) Explosive Vent (m) Earthing terminals with lugs-02 Nos (n) Lifting hooks. (o) Unidirectional reversible roller-04 Nos. (p) HV copper bushing-03 Nos. (q) LV copper bushing-04 Nos. (r) Radiators. (s) Arcing horn on HT side-03 Nos. (t) Terminal connection on the HV bushing. (u) Additional neutral separately brought out side, LV cable end box with bush insulator for neutral earthing, gland etc. (v) First fill of Transformer oil upto appropriate level. (w) Base channel 100x50 mm, 460 mm long with holes to make them suitable for fixing on a trolly (x) Danger Notice Plate - 01 No. Note : 1. The Trasformer shall be ISI marked with min energy efficiency level 3 as per IS 1180 (Pt-I) : 2014. 2. Any other accessories/work which is required to be provided as per relivent IS but not specified above will be provided by the firm without any extra cost to the Department .

Supply ,laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (conforming to IS 7098), (earthed) cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement cable jointing for kit 11 KV (earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
