Charges for operation of 500 KVA DG set & 750 KVA unitised substation in the MLA hostel which shall include continues trail run of the DG set for at least 5 minutes during the commencement of first shift and operating the DG set during the period of power failure, check the water level, clean the battery terminal, applying the petrol jelly when as when and where required check the level of distilled water in the battery, clean the control panels board and check the working condition of MCCB, ACB, VCB , SDF fuse links etc. check the condition of transformer DG set panel board etc. rectify minor complaint to the departmental on time and maintenance substation in perfect working condition by engaging at least one diploma holder in electrical Engineering and one ITI certificate holder in the trade of electrician in each shift. The duty staff shall be engaged round the clock of operation of the system.
