Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed

M & L Prviding cement concrete 100 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path/hardstanding including making Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness , M-40 grade (ISI Marked ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.)

M&L rubber moulded factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 grade (ISI Marked ), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including and over 25 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and directed (Note : Design/shade of rubber moulded machine presses precast concrete Paver block shall be as approved by GE/Engr-In-Charge.)

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by department for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (ii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of cement based paint for each building. (iii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M & L for rubber moulded vibro compacted coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30 cm X 30 cm X 20 mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .
