Design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 5 KWp Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant as per technical specifications of DNIe-T on turn-key basis.

Supplying & drawing of ISI marked heavy duty 1.1 KV grade, twin core multi strand, 6 sq. mm. Aluminium conductor cable (FR), PVC sheath, PVC insulated, extruded type, steel wire armoured cable suitable for power transmission as per relevant ISS for distribution line using GI Pole for domestic connections including supply & fitting, fixing of insulators etc, as required for establishing power distribution network.

Supply & Erection of 12 ft. long, 4 inch dia ISI marked GI Pole with 250 mm X 250 mm MS Plate of 6 mm thickness using 4 nos. of T-bolts (SS/GI) of 25 mm thickness and 50 cm length with grouting (1:2:4 - Cement:Sand: Stone aggregate) of minimum 1.5 ft X1.5ft X 2 ft.

Supply, erection of Pole Mounted Outdoor Type Junction Box (IP 65 enclosure, ISI marked) for service connections Extension of domestic connection from Pole Junction Box with twin core 2.5 sq. mm. PVC sheathed & insulated conductor cupper cable (FR) (ISI marked) and Gl bearing wire & real insulator including fitting fixing of ISI marked 10 KA breaking capacity, B/C curve 1.5 to 2.5 Amps DP MCB in MCB DB at the house of beneficiary

Wiring for Circuit/Sub-main with the following sizes PVC insulated Copper conductor cable (FR) in PVC condult including connection etc. as required:-

Supplying and drawing 2.5 sq. mm Copper conductor wire along with other wire for loop earthing including connection etc. as required.

Supply ,fitting ,fixing of 6 amps, 5 pin socket of reputed make ( ISI marked) with 1 year warranty

Supplying and fixing of following surface/recess mounted LED luminaries in powder coated die cast housing complete with high efficiency polycarbonate diffuser and necessary connection etc, as required (with 50000 barning hours and minimum lumen output of 100 Im/watt):-

Supplying and installation of Switch distonnector fuse unit (Main Switch) of the following ratings with all accessories including necessary connection etc as required:

16 amps 240 volts DP main switch (re-wireable)-

32 ampe 240 volts DP main awitch (re-wireable)

Supply, fiting, fixing of ISI marked 6 amps switch

Extension of Internal wiring from MCB with ISI Markd 1.5 mm sq copper cable( Multistnd)using 1 inch,PVC casing with 5 years warranty

Supply ,fitting ,fixing of 7” X 4” PVC Switch board with 1 year warranty

Providing and fixing of 3/6 pin, 16/20 artips plug point with modular type 16/20 amps switch and socket Including connection with 2x2.5 sq mm PVC insulated Copper conductor cable(PR) on surface modular switch board, earthing the 3rd pin etc. as required:-
