Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of retrofitted emission control Equipment/ Devices (RECD) into 160 KVA CPCB-1 DG Set installed at SS-1 so as to facilitate emission limits for DG Set already in use as per latest standard laid down by National Green Tribunal (NGT) & Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, GOI completed all as specified and as directed.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of retrofitted emission control Equipment/ Devices (RECD) into 100 KVA CPCB-1 DG Set installed at SS-1 so as to facilitate emission limits for DG Set already in use as per latest standard laid down by National Green Tribunal (NGT) & Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, GOI completed all as specified and as directed.
Note for item Nos 1 & 2:- (i) The complete work/ job of supply and installation & commissioning of the Retrofit Emission Control Eqpt/ Device (RECD) has to be got executed by any firm/ company having conformity of production verification compliance process, out of the 05 agencies approved by the nodal agency Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), necessary test certificates approvals etc in this regard has to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge at the time of sample approval. (ii) After satisfactory completion of the job/ work of all installation and commissioning of the Retrofitted Emission Control Eqpt/ Devices (RECD) the emission limits have to be tested from Govt/ NABL accredited lab & necessary test certificates etc in this regard have to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge & the cost of the same is deemed to be included and in the unit quoted rates in the event of the report not found satisfactory w.r.t. the stipulated Govt standards, the subject RECD Eqpt have to be replaced and retested till the result are satisfactory and as per the prevalent standards.
(iii) Any item/ spare missed out in the technical specification, however essentially required for successful commissioning of the RECD eqpts is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Tenderer/ firm is required to visit the site of work for any doubt/ clarification w.r.t. specification/ works involved, integration with existing equipment etc. before quoting of the tender. Any clarification/ query etc. after bid submission end date shall not be entertained and no additinal cost shall be admissible in this regard.
