PIPE LAYING WORKS

15.43.2:Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge:Bituminous road

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

16.83:Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16.84:Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)

100.8.1:Fencing one side of trenches, 1.50m height with two rows of 10cm plastic caution tape in vertical casuarina pole (girth 15cm to 24cm) fixed at 2m intervals.

OD38907/2024-2025:Interconnection to the existing PVC/AC/CI pipe to the newly laid PVC /AC/CI using convinient specials like PVC/AC/CI Tee,Reducer etc ,including earth work excavation, and all labour charges excluding the cost pipe and specials etc

OD38908/2024-2025:Taking connection from the existing main(Single boring), up to 200 mm PVC/AC/CI Pipe , boring the main, supplying and fitting suitable specials etc. and connecting the newly laid main, testing the joints etc. complete

OD38909/2024-2025:Alteration of house connection from the existing main up to 200 mm PVC/AC/CI Pipe , boring the main, supplying and fitting suitable specials etc. and connecting the newly laid main, testing the joints etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer incharge

OD38910/2024-2025:Construction of Valve Chamber of size 1.3*1.3 by Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means/manual means in foundation trenches including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm metal for the foundation footing of the chamber, Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm metal for the side walls including centering and shuttering and plastering of the chamber, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

100.31.1.1:Conveying and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) by providing bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc., complete, but excluding the cost of the valve (tail pieces, if required, will be paid separately): 80mm diameter, Class I.

4.1.8:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

15.2.2:Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 leaner mix ( including equivalent design mix)

100.9.8:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 90 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

10.16.1:Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

12.50:Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

OD38911/2024-2025:Supply and installation of a dosing unit for the chlorination system, including labor and a 1000-liter Sintex tank, as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

OD38913/2024-2025:Supply and installation of steel wire mesh above masonry work to cover the sides of the chlorination unit. The work includes coating the mesh with primer, providing all necessary materials and items for fixing the mesh, and the cost of labor etc. as per direction of engineer in charge.
