Removing old unserviceable plastic newar from charpoy GI pipe and and reweaving with new plastic newar 50 to 55mm wide made out of first quality thread in colour interwoven closely both on top and bottom with 34 bends on long rail and 14 bends on short rail, as approved by GE, complete all as specified & shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make- USHA / EVERSHINE / BONUS Note : (i) Recycled materials shall not be used in the work. M& L for re-canning to wooden chair with 1st class plastic cane 2mm wide, half round white colour as per “Godrej” pattern including polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Arihant/Shah/Premeir/ Garware

M & L for re-canning of seat & back of chair verandah with 1st class plastic cane 4mm wide half round white colour in matt pattern and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white to complete chair before re-canning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make : Arihant/Shah/Premeir/ Garware

Taking out carefully old existing unserviceable lock of any size without any damage to the Almirah Steel and provided with new lock of mild steel with 4 ( Four) levers to Almirah steel of any type Gde-I quality conforming to IS with duplicate keys, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make of Lock:--- Harrison/ Link /Godrej

Taking out carefully old exiting unserviceable handle from almirah steel and provided with new handle MS Chromium plated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Painting including denting if any applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to almirah steel large on external surface only complete all as specified and shown on drawing (shade shall be approved by GE) Make : Shalimar/Burger/Nerolac.

S&F as in repairs 12mm thick(1980mmx900mm size) both side commercial plywood top(ISI marked) BWR grade with & including MS Flat iron 32mmx5mm, 900mm long for 04 Nos in each charpoy having one Nos hole near each end of fixing the plywood top with purpose made round head mild steel nuts & bolts/washer welded and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints in black colours over a coat of red oxided primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The rate quoted agianst the item shall deem to be included for necessary welding & painting works etc. Make: Kitply/National/Green ply/Swastik

Repair overall size of lockers 1100x600x760 mm PB sheet 1.00 mm thick shall be used through out steel hinges 65mm shall be fixed with shutter and and CP handle 100mm long and CP hasp and staple 75x40x3mm shall be fixed with shutters 20mm dia CP conduit pipe 1.6mm thick with socket shall be provided . Rest all as per drg. including spray painting internally and externarly with two coat of red oxide chromate primer.

Preparationof old treated wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or Sqm grith and applying one coat of varnishing (finishing coat with synthetic varnish complete all as specified and as directed.
