Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each.

M&L for easing door shutter of any description n exc 1 sqm each of any description incl taking down shutter and refixing in the same opening after rectifying all defects in the shutter,oiling/servicing of floor spring,hydraulic door closer,tighting all loose screws,cleats etc replacing all rubber gasket,aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed Note-The minor parts such as screws,cleats,rubber gasket,aluminium beading etc shall deemed to be including in quoted rate.

M&L for attending day-by-day complaints of carpentry works in doors,windows,cupboards etc including easing,adjusting,reapairing,refxing and amking function complete. Note-Minor items such as screws,nails,fevicol,cleats,small wood pieces,rubber beading etc shall be deemed included in Quoted rate.

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

M&L 30mm thick Factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic composit) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including S.S wire mesh shall be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwing 8x28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density of the shall be as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of EngineerIn- Charge. Note- S S Butt hing measured and paid separately at relevant item
