Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of diesel engine silent generator set with acoustic enclosure confirming to latest CPCB norms, water cooled capacity 180 KVA ( generator output should be 180 KVA/153 KW) 50 Hz AC supply, engine as per IS : 10001/ 10002 and alternator as IS : 13364 complete including engine alternator mounted on common base frame and canopy fabricated from steel channel of suitable size, engine and alternator shall be anti vibration mounting pads, sound proof canopy as per latest CPCB norms and foundation as per manufactures instruction / design complete all as specified directed with and including the following provision :- (a) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator of capacity 180 KVA/ 153 KW at 0.85 power factor after considering derating factor AC 3 phase , 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM brushless type self excited, self regulated screen protected type and AVR system. (b) DIESEL ENGINE:- Diesel engine air cooled suitable for alternator of 180 KVA capacity considering all points for derating factor taking into account the altitude, humidity of maximum temperature of Ranikhet with the following provision :- (i) Radiator and sound proof canopy as per latest CPCB norms and foundation etc. of capacity 180 KVA (ii) Fly wheel (iii) Air cleaner (iv) water pump with thermostat (v) Electric starting system with the help of batteries as per manufacture's specification with key ignition and push button (vi) Temperature meter and oil pressure gauge

(vii) Fuel tank of made of mild steel sheet of required capacity as per standard with inlet and out let connection, filling cap, drain valve air vent with calibrated scale on outdoor surface floor mounted with suitable angle iron support (viii) Fuel/ oil filter (ix) Battery charger as per manufacturer's recommendation (x) Battery maintenance free with connecting lead. CPCB IV+ emission & • The Enclosure should be of modular construction with the provision to assemble and dismantle easily. • The sheet metal components should be 9 tanks pre treated and should be polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. • All Nuts-bolts, hardware should be of Stainless Steel for longer life. • Battery must be provided in a tray inside the enclosure. • Doors must be gasketed with high quality EPDN gaskets to avoid leakage of sound • Optimised EATS (Exhaust After Treatment System) should be provided to control emission & exhaust noise with sound attenuators to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the enclosure• Adequate ventilation should be provided to meet air requirement for combustion & heat removal .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 100 KVA step down floor mounted out door type, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC double wound core type, with energy efficiency level -3 as per IS 1180 : 2014 (Part I ), copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by + 7.5% in equal sep of 2.5% changed by means of manually operated "Off Load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-1180. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-1180 shall be suitably adjusted to suite the maximum ambient temperature of Ranikhet. The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :- (a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve). (d) Air release valve plug. (e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joints complete all as specified.

(f) Explosive vent. (g) 01 No 100 mm dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl, max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers. (k) Two Nos earthing terminals marking plate. (l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box brought on LV side. (n) First filling of oil conforming to IS and tested up to 60 KV dielectric strength. (o) Lifting lugs (p) Oil drain valve with plug. (q) One cable box on HV side (Primary) consisting of 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking in HT cable including gland joints complete all as specified. (r) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent. (s) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI Strip. (t) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. (u) Inspection cover. (v) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side. (w) Hand hole of sufficient size to access interior of tank. Note :- Transformer shall be fixed on PCC platform with including PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 with 40mm graded stone aggregate of size 2.80x2.80x1.20 mtrs high or including necessary foundation work of appropriate size as directed or as per manufactures recommendation. Concrete to be deemed its above said items.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core 11 KV screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with alluminium conductor 11 KV pressure earthed system conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985 laid in pipes /ducts/ trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L outdoor type cable end termination kit, heat shrinkable jointing material and accessory complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 95 sqmm 3 core including excavation /returning filling work, testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT XLPE 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with GI steel or tape and over all PVC sheathing laid in trenches, floor through pipes, induct, on pole and roads etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI steel tubing light grade (IS-1239) with all fittings in trenches/under roads/along pole/wall for protection of Cable/GI wire/ GI strip etc all as specified and directed.( Note : Exc and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely) (a) 100 mm dia

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting out incl jointing bottom surface to the reqd level/slope etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified factory made ISI marked.

M&L for brick protection covers laid over cables of sub class 'B' bricks old size (230X115X75)mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600x600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 on page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part - I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade. GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 150c/c both ways and pit/chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with suitable lifting handle to cover, GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 40mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
