M&L for Brick work using Sub class "B" bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4) surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old Asbestos cement (corrugated,semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed..

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2 mm dia mild steel wire /GI wire, J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/ Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of primer and a layer of wall care putty (not less than 2.0 mm thick )complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of wooden surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

S&F 3.0 mm thick figured glass pin headed type in squares/ rectangular not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane glazing with oil putty or aluminium frame/shutters with rubber neoprene beading complete etc all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth.0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old boken glass(any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames/steel frames, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. mild steel framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail &bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for PVC connection 15 mm dia size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm for wash hand basin & flushing cistern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair chromium plated curtain rods made out of 19 mm/ 20 mm dia (over all dia 21 mm -22 mm ) mild steel pipe having wall thickness 1.0 mm finish ,colour & pattern as approved by GE complete including fixing brackets ,stops etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Running length of curtain rod shall be measured & paid only.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore or removal to store complete etc and making good the surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.all as specified & directed.

S&F for GI water tubing medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 15 mm bore with all fittings, (such as tee, elbow, socket, union & short pieces) fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including cutting chasees for brick walls and making good the surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm/450 mm x 300 mm x7 mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for VItrified ceramic light shade floor tiles 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for VItrified ceramic light shade floor tiles 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm,on vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc.,over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserveciable/damaged copper/aluminium (batten/ conduit or casing caping) point wiring any length for light/fan/socket or power including unscrewing from board (fitting and fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets ,light fittings etc) and removing material from site and making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for following point wiring controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead surface PVC conduit will be used) & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box (normal & modular type) made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Labour only for refixing ceiling fan of any sweep with replacement of unserveciable three core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.193 connecting fan to ceiling rose including over hauling the fan,painting of ceiling fan with synthetic enamel paint by spraying machine including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc., and writing the MES number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed. Note :Ceiling fan of any sweep obtained here-in-before item No.42 of BOQ.
