SH I: AMC of E & M installation installed in old RED building, AAI residential colony & CISF barracks (i/c operation of DG set).

Maintenance and operation of all E & M installations round the clock basis at old RED Building, Residential colony , Colony Hostel / Guest House , Community center hall, Transmitting station, CISF barracks, Colony pump houses, Power House, kahikuchi (Except D.G Set) complete as required and attending the complaints / faults/break downs complaints and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation /store/dismantle materials etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and condition on all working days including sundays and holidays complete as per special conditions of contract.

Operation of DG sets in three shifts (1 operator in each shift of 8 Hr.) for supply of smooth essential electrical power supply in AAI residential colony, pump houses, street lights,CISF Barracks, Transmitting Station, AAI Hostal, Community center hall etc. on all working days i/c sundays and holidays complete as per special condition of contract.

Rewinding of ceiling fans/exhaust fans/air circulator of all sizes & makes i/c transporting the same to workshop from site and back to site from workshop complete as required.

Replacement of ball bearings of ceiling fans/exhaust fans/air circulator of all sizes & makes i/c transporting the same to workshop from site and back to site from workshop complete as required

a) For 2nd year

Spray painting of existing outdoor panels/feeder pillars, junction boxes with one or more coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade including cleaning and scrapping the existing surface complete as per site requirements.

a) For 2nd year

Painting of street lighting poles of different heights upto 11mtr with aluminium paint of one or more coat of approved brand i/c cleaning & scrapping the existing surface complete as per actual site requirements.

a) For 2nd year

Execution of item of schedule of rates 'CPWD DSR 2018' as and when required for attending breakdown, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations in residential colony, CISF barrack, Old RED building transmitting station, power house, and pump houses and ancillary building etc. complete as per the special terms and conditions in addition to General Terms and conditions of contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 1,00,000/- and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.

SH II: Operation and maintenance of water pumping sets in AAI residential colony & CISF Barrack.

Operation of submersible and monoblock motor pump set along with starter panel i/c valve operation of water treatment plant in two shift for smooth water supply in AAI residentials colony on all working days i/c saturday, sunday and holidays as per special condition of contract etc as required and upto satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

a) For 1st year

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set for carrying out necessary minor repairing/replacement of pump set/pipe/accessories for the following capacity from the depth up to 80 feet including dismantling of the existing column pipe, cable etc and re-installation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI pipe and flange etc. wehrever required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required.(Excluding Supply of pumpset/ GI pipe, /accessories)

i) For 1st year a) Above 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP

ii) For 2nd year a) Above 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP

Rewinding of following submersible / monoblock motor with copper conductor of suitable size i/c carrying out necessary repairs and servicing of other internal parts of pump and motor, repalcement of bearings, insulation and lubrication, assembling and re- installation, testing, & commissioning (dismantled material / wire shall be property of tenderer) i/c dismantling and transportation to work shop and back.

i) For 1st year

b) 5/7.5 HP submersible motor

c) 10 HP submersible motor

ii) For 2nd year

Cleaning of aeration tank including rubbing and scrapping of side walls, removing of scale / fungers formation, reaplacemnt of minor worn out hard ware items and painting of sprinkler pipe and wire mess along with otherassociated accessories with one or more coat with red-oxide / enamell paint complete to the satisfaction of engineer- in- charge.

a) For 2nd year

Dismantling, cleaning of dust, painting and refixing of wodden strips upto "1.5m x .05m x .01m" at the existing aeration tank at different pump houses etc complete as required.

a) For 2nd year

Replacement of painted merine type wooden strips upto "1.5m x .05m x .01m" sizes at the existing aeration tank at different pump houses etc. including hard ware item if required complete as required.

a) For 2nd year

Complete servicing & over hauling of following Monoblack pump sets i/c replacement of bush / ball bearings, wornout internal parts such as impeller, shaft and associated spares etc. As required.

a) For 1st year i) 5 HP to 7.5 HP monoblock pump set

b) For 2nd year ii) 5 HP to 7.5 HP monoblock pump set.

Complete servicing & over hauling i/c replacement of bush/ball beraing,thrust bearings, wornout internal parts such as impellers and aossociated spares , shaft etc of following submersible pumpset.

a) For 1st year 5 HP to 7.5 HP submersible pump set.

b) For 2nd year 5 HP to 7.5 HP submersible pump set.

c) For 1st year 10 HP to 12.5 HP submersible pump set.

d) For 2nd year 10 HP to 12.5 HP submersible pump set.

Providing and fixing the following G.I. pipes ‘B’ class in bore well for submersible pump sets complete with suitable flange / long thread coupling, gaskets, threading & welding with 10 feet length each etc complete as required.

SH III: AMC of E&M installations in hanger sub station.

Operation and maintenance of all E & M installations round the clock basis at hangar sub station (i/c operation of D.G Sets & Pumps) as required and attending the complaints / faults and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation /store/dismantle materials etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and condition on all working days including saturday, sunday and holiday.

a) For 1st year

SH:IV Maintenance & Operation of E & M Installation of AAI/BCAS Sub Station (i/c operation of D.G Set & Pumps).

Maintenance and operation of all E & M installations round the clock basis at BCAS Sub Station (i/c operation of D.G Sets & Pumps) along with operation of lift & fire alarm system at BCAS / AAI integrated office complete as required and attending the complaints / faults/break downs complaints and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documentation /store/dismantle materials etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and condition on all working days including saturdays, sundays and holidays.

a) For 1st year

Complete servicing of diesel engine of fire pump set as per the recommendation of OEM including replacement of following material as per site requirement etc as required. (diesel engine pump set make : Kriloskar, KW 44.16/60HP) A. KOEL CARE Premium Genuine Oil - 20 Litres B. LUB Oil Filter - 1 no. C. FUEL Filter cartridge - 1 no. D.
