High Mast

Design, supply, Installation, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 30 m flood light high mast fabricated in three telescopic sections(MS), hot Dip galvanised finish totally on externally and internally etc (with base plate welded to the bottom sections ) and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3 (latest) and holdings suitable for installation of flood lighting luminaries including erection of mast & other assemblies as required with following accessories etc as per the tender specifications.

Lantern carriage fabricated and galvanized suitable to hold 6 Nos.or more as per illumination design 350& 500 watt LED flood light fittings and 2 Nos. LED type Single dome aviation obstruction lights(i/c supply of 2nos LED Type single dome aviation light) and to accommodate control gear boxes(as required), Supply and fixing of 20/21 way terminal block suitable for interconnection of flood light fixtures (Qty. 2 Nos.for each high mast) and have self balance including junction box, Heavy guage hot dip galvanized lightening arrester finial.

Electrically operated raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing, Stainless steel shaft, noncorrosive pulley and stainless steel wire ropes(2 nos one for each drum) of minimum 6mm dia (7/19) etc. and designed to operate with electric driven power tool and also suitable for manual operation including connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, trailing cable,junction box etc.

Providing & laying required length & appropriate rating of 1.1 KV grade 2 runs of 5 core x 2.5 sq mm copper conductor trailing (EPR insulated PCP sheathed cable for power supply from the top carraige of mast to bottom distribution box / feeder pillar/coupler/connector i/c wiring to the individual fittings & also providing G.I. flexible pipe for protection if required at site.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, suitable size anchor plates and template etc as required.

Design & construction of suitable shallow foundation (RCC) with 1:2:4 M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Concrete foundation required for the mast shall be designed based on the soil bearing capacity of site as per relevant IS standards and shall got vetted from the IIT/SVNIT or other reputed institutions to validate the foundation design

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials and labour i/c testing & commissioning etc. Complete as required as per site requirement.

Supply & installation of following LED fixture complete with LED, driver & all accessories pre wired upto terminal block operating on 100 -277 volts & 50 Hz with CRI>70% & IP66 protection & IK08 capable to operate from -10o C to 45o C ambient temp. Driver shall be with THD less than 10% and power factor shall not be less than 0.95 & other specifications as per tender.

350W (Maximum system wattage) flood light fixture with beam angle 33O + 10% and made of pressure die cast with fin aluminum alloy duly powder coated housing with clear toughend glass and cradle for mounting giving minimum system output of 35000+ 10% Lumens and 5700K+ 300 CCT

500W (Maximum system wattage) flood light fixture with beam angle of 22O + 10% and made of pressure die cast with fin aluminum alloy duly powder coated housing with clear toughend glass and cradle for mounting giving minimum system output of 60000+ 10% Lumens and 5700K+ 300 CCT

Supply of following Size. XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Al. conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply and Laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 PART 24 (formerly known as IS 14930 Part II) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and installation of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing, dust & vermin proof and water proof (IP-55) outdoor double door type feeder pillar(openable on front & back) of suitable size suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated of approved shade,3mm thick detachable gland plates at bottom with 2 Nos. earth stud, including angle iron frame work at bottom with legs of minimum 600 mm height made out of 75x75x5 mm MS angle iron including all civil works like excavation, PCC, brick work pedestal, plastering, refilling etc as required. The control wiring shall be of minimum 2.5 sq mm size FRLS , PVC insulated and feeder pillar shall have the following switch gears as per the approved drawing.

Control wiring shall be done with minimum 2.5 sqmm copper FRLS flexible wire.

Earthing with GI earth pipe (B-Class) 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providng and laying 6 SWG dia. GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing cable on surface/recessed/in cable trench or in pipes etc. complete as required.
