S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc. 100mm but not 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminum frame (powder coated) for doors , windows, ventilators with one or more rebates (sliding & fixed type) including jointing cleat for fixing etc after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium door shutters (powder coated), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. including locking arrangement, roller after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of oil based bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384 on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat ofindustrial bitument 85/25 @ 1.2Kg /Sqm over it all as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down old unserviceable treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove, dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450 mmX 300 mmX7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring (pre-mirror polished) over and including 25mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm cement plastering in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling/ chajja/ projected slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: Galvanised iron wire of 4mm dia upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).

(Note: Galvanised iron strip of size 32X6mm upto 7.5m long including testing is deemed to be included with quoted rate).

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole of any type/ size/length with complete removing of existing paint by using wire brush and using emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI bracket, cross arms etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints upto 1.2mtr height in black and yellow strips (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) colour and remaining portion shall be silver colour over two coats of red oxide chrome primer on steel surface with smooth finish and painting work to be carried out with safety equipments and tools will be own arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable flush mounting steel enclosure clad plug any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 40mm dia GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI wire earthing complete all as specified and directed.
