Comprehensive maintenance contract to the existing Split Air Conditioning System in the premises of GGH, Kakinada for the financial year 2025-26. (2nd call)

Providing comprehensive maintenance & quarterly servicing to 1.0 TR / 1.50 TR / 2.0 TR Split Air conditioning unIts including quarterly servicing, break downs, repairs, replacemnet of all parts including condensing & evaporator units, thermostat, capacitors, fan motors, fan blades, compresser, electrical wiring, air filter, capilary tube and filter etc., and necessary T&P in the scope of agency. (Rat Bite complaints are not under the scope of agency, Volgate fluctuations and physical damaged units are not under the scope of agency). Note:- The service agency shall provide service through qualifieid technicians and they shall be stationed during working hours at hospital. FROM HANDING OVER OF SITE TO 3 MONTHS - 1ST QUARTER.
