Supply only retrofit emission control device for 400 kVA for desiel generator of any make Greaves cotton catagory:- Application:- RECD must be of makes Chakr Innovation, Pi Green, Platino Automotive or equivlent as approved in CPCB List, which reduce particular matter (PM 2.5), Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbons emitted from Diesel Engine,Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM ) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min). Guaranteed specified Particular Matter (PM 2.5) • Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency • Retrofit device is to be installed in place of existing silencer. • No soot is to be collected in the retrofit device. The device including enclosure should include an Oxidation chamber and Passive Regeneration Trap • Min Particular Matter Reduction 85% • Min Carbon Monoxide Reduction 90% • Min Hydrocarbon Reduction 90%

Note :- 1.Type Approval & COP Compliance: A valid Type Approval Certificate and Conformity of Production (COP) issued by a recognized agency must be submitted with the bid to confirm compliance with prescribed emission norms. 2. Device should be as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 3. Noise Test Reports: Noise test reports from CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories or any CPCB-approved laboratory for RECDs up to 500 KVA should be submitted along with the technical bid 4. RECD Manufacturer Authorization: Authorization from the RECD manufacturer should be made mandatory at the time of bid submission to ensure product authenticity and traceability... If contractor failed to upload the same in Cover-1, bid will be rejected in Cover-1 and financial bid not be opened."

M&L for installation,testing and comissioning including transportation of RECD Device for 400 KVA DG Set at AGE(I) R&D Manali all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge complete with following test certificates:-

General Technical Requirements (GTR)/ Commissioning:- (a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of technical exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device (b) Anit- Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. (c) Emission Control retrofit device should have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, new battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. (d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive and HR Paint. (e) Unloading and placement of the Emission Control retrofit device at the time of Delivery is in the scope of buyer. The consignee shall ensure that the site is located along a motorable way.

(f) The contractor shall provide the trial run (Testing) of Emission Control retrofit device. The contractor shall conduct trial run of the Emission Control retrofit device with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for TWO hours. The electrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG set. (g) Exhaust piping, external civil work, distribution board shall be provided by the contractor.Scope of Installation:- (a) Installation of Emission Control Retrofit Device when offered by the vendor is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by the agency. (b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the agency. warranty/ Service : - 3 years AMC of RECD AMC of RECD for 2 years Number of preventive maintenance visits offered in a year during warranting / Period : - 2 visits.

M&L for fixing the RECD strucrure,panel including Exhaust piping, external civil work, distribution board to be fixed with existing DG set in synchronisation including NABL testing of RECD device installed with existing 400 KVA DG Set complete with following test certificates:-

TEST REPORTS Certification:- Device should be 'Type Approved' as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission Control Devices (RECD) for Diesel Power Generating Set Engines Dated 01/02/2022, wide Pollution Control Series PCLS/ 12/2021-22. Adhering to this, RECD to be 'Type Tested for an equivalent KVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board. Government of India recognized/ approved test agencies/ laboratories as given below: (a) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune) (b) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar) (c) International Centre for Automotive Testing (ICAT, Manesar ) (d) Indian Institute of Petroleum(IIP, Dehradun) Back Pressure due to the Emission Control retrofit device:- Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM (as per the capacity of the DG set) should be under limit and display panel to be provided for back pressure and exhaust temperature limit. Note: National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) testing certificate before and after installation of RECD in the device should be provided by the contractor. The rate of the test shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.
