Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Wages will be paid as per the minimum wages fixed by the Government / Labor Department. If the government revises the minimum wages under the Minimum Wages Act, the increase/decrease in wages will be paid accordingly.

General Qualifications, terms and Conditions mentioned in the tender document shall be fulfilled

Bidder shall Provide relevant all documents as per the tender document.

Tenderers should quote the price up to point two decimals only (Ex:0.00). (GST will be separate.)

The rate quoted in tender for packing each liter shall not be less than cumulative minimum wages of all the labours (Skilled and Unskilled refer Table No I for details) deployed for the packing service. Quotes not satisfying this condition will be rejected. Further, the per liter rate entered by the bidders will be calculated considering 4 lakh liters packing per day and compared with the cumulative minimum wage of on day for skilled and unskilled workers in Table 1.

The rate per liter of packing work quoted in the tender includes the service charge. (Service charges cannot be less than 2%)

The quote should be exclusive of GST
