Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal rubbish out side MD land and hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof complete all as speficied and directed

Material labour for provision of APP Based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified finished torch on system laid with 100 mm & 150 mm over lap on side & end laps resepectly complete all as specified all as per manufactures instructions

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer 85/25 grade at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation for surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth over APP membrane and applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised zinc coated @ 120 gm / Sqm, corrugated mild steel sheeting in roof with two corrugations side lap fixed coach screws and washers , in roofs walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specifed and as directed.

All as per item No 09 here in above but except sheets and providing & fixing with new ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and painted with two coats of oil bound distemper incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails as in roofs, ceiling, partition, fascia, barge, soffit etc. (except flooring and skirting) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC Panneling with PVC panels of 9mm thick and 250mm wide interlocked type incl angle or channels and necessary fitting as rawl plugs,screws,adhesive etc complete all as specified and directed..by GE/ Engr-in -charge.

M&L for Preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Preparation of new zinc or galvanised surface to receive painting,by coating with modrant solution including washing ,cleaning etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
