Schedule 'A'

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, not exceeding 0.50 cubic metre each, getting out the excavated earth or broken rubble mixed with earth, returning, filling in and ramming around the posts in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep in any type of soil, including removal of surplus excavated material, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete Type B-1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as bed plates to vertical steel posts, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled steel sections for rafters, purlins and similar members where connected to common rafters, conforming to Fe-410(W), Grade E-250, including cutting, fitting, fixing and all necessary operations, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed brackets fabricated from angles or tees, with webs and flanges cut to required shape, drilled and countersunk for screws, including bending and welding of angles, provision of necessary gusset plates, riveting and all associated operations, each bracket not exceeding 10 kg in weight, conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI-based corrugated steel sheets, 0.50 mm thick, of approved colour and having tensile strength of 550 MPa, for roof covering and/or wall cladding, fixed with self-tapping screws, including cutting, fitting, laps, wastage and all necessary accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning and removal of rust, scale, dirt, grease and other foreign matter, and applying one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, bonded and set in cement mortar 1:6, including cutting, fitting, jointing and all necessary operations, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished fair, even and smooth, including preparation of surfaces and all necessary operations, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or old plastered/scraped surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium Acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC 50 g/litre and UV resistance, conforming to IS 15489:2004, Alkali and Fungal resistant, of approved shade (Company Depot Tinted), including one coat of exterior primer applied at the rate of 0.90 litre per 10 square metres over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
