Construction of 230 mm thick Brick Pedestal of Size 1500 x 230 x 1800 mm (L x W x H) above ground level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand), with recessed space of size 1200 x 115 x 900 mm (L x W x H) for fixing of granite stone, plastering of pedestal all around in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine sand) including cladding the pedestal with brick tiles of approved shape and design, complete in all respects. The job includes necessary excavation for foundation, providing stone soling 200 mm thick, laying of 100 mm thick PCC in Cement Concrete mix M-15 over stone soling, required brickwork in foundation in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine sand) up to ground level, construction of platform as per the attached drawing and as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge, including all carriage charges, complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of 20 mm thick Granite Stone of appropriate size and approved shade in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine sand). The job shall include etching the words, logos, emblem, etc. on the granite stone, as approved by the Employer, finishing the etched out words with paint of approved colour and shade, including all carriage charges, complete job in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Decoration of Pedestal by providing and fixing of Silken Cloth Veil of approved shade having required size including fixing of approved ready-made pelmet (Ornamental Walnut wood or Deodar Wood or Pre coated MS /Aluminium ) of length up to 1350mm, decorating the pedestal with required quantity of fresh flower strands, including all carriage charges, complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of overhead Flexi-banners of 200-260 GSM with approved printed matter including all carriage charges, complete job as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rental charges for providing and fixing of public address system at various functions, removing the same after the function is over, including all carriage charges, complete job as per directions of the Engineer-in charge. The job shall include providing a standing mike with two mike system, a separate portable mike, four loud speakers of standard size, required battery for power including necessary wiring, all tools and tackles complete job, as per directions of the Engineer-in charge.

Design, Printing and Supplying of invitation card of size 5" x 7" including the envelope of required size with printed matter as approved, including all carriage charges, complete job as per directions of the Engineer-in charge.

Charges for providing and arranging of musical event through a musical group having at least 6 artists to render Kashmiri/Bollywood songs during various functions, including all conveyance charges, complete job as per directions of the Engineer-in charge. The job shall include charges for artists, providing all the instruments, equipment mikes, speakers, arranging the same as directed, including necessary wiring, all tools and tackles complete job to the satisfaction of the Employer.
