The Bidders should upload the following declarations by duly signed, I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory. My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. I/we have studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. I/we shall pay fair and reasonable wages, which shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by GOK to the labours/workmen employed in the contract.
