M&L for Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n exc 1.5 cum, getting out soft loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L returning, filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in each layer as in soft/loose soil complete.

M & L removing excavated material exc 250 Mtrs but n exc 500 Mtrs and depositing where directed

M & L earth filling under floor spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick, well ramming including watering as required.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Taking down carefully aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (excluding sunken box) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and segregating serviceable fittings & set aside for reuse in the work and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size including wooden batten, PVC conduit or casing caping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unseathed 1100 V grade multistanded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of adequate size for one light/ fan point controlled by one way switch with all fittings and accessories concealed in walls/floors slabs including PVC insulated and unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable green in colour of size 1.0 sq mm green in colour as earth continuity conductor to flush modular metal boxes readily available covers with outer plates/ inner plates etc as per requirement complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One 3 Pin 5/6 Amp socket outlet on independent board. (Note : Cutting chasses, making good disturbed surface shall be paid and measured separately under relavant items.)
