Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of block / concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of cement base paint white or tinted on old painted wall surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any description any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness, M-50 Grade,with grey cement and no pigment over 25mm to 30mm sand thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 as in subbase using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Filleting of sction in repair exc 25 sq cm but not exc 50 sq cm, in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including excavation and earth work and all mitres, stops, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old concrete surfaces or plastered surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width , not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm graded aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonary), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, Kerbs stone, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throatings etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.
