S&F DLP U PVC trunking system Plastic adoptable type 150x50mm with two compartment duly covered installed with suitable support joints including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing TP&N distribution board with double door vertical type TPN DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating,suitable for MCCB for capacity 100Amp, 16 KA, Incomer 4 ways 415 Volts made up of CRCA sheet with busbar rating 200 Amps Adjustable thermal (70% to 100%) & Fixed magnetic setting type including grouting in the wall, cutting & chasing etccomplete all as specified . M & L of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix porcelain insulator for laying of ligtning strip on the roof/ wall for maintain distance from suface and strip of suitable size and distance between two insulator minimum 1mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Earthing conductors connecting junction box with copper plate as suitable size and connected to separate copper cable to equipement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of single dome LED aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj/Crompton or equivalent

" FIRE FIGHTING"

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of ISI Marked 2 core x 1.5 Sqmm, multistranded Copper Conductor, FRLS Armoured cable, RED in Colour, laid on surface with GI saddle-spacers every 0.3 meters complete with GI Junction Box, lugs, cable compression glands, cable tags and Ferruling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI slotted type cable trays of the following sizes using MS angle, channels, flats etc. All MS supports used shall be given one coat of red oxide primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of size 100 x 50 mm x 2mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Fire extinguisher water CO2/stored pressure type 9 ltr capacity (IS:940/6234) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of submersible pump set suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having capacity discharge rate minimum 400 LPM , Head is 50 mtr, 5 HP, copper wounded, cast iron material having 50mm Delivery size, 3000RPM complete all as specified and directed.

"EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY"

Supply and fix LT cable route indicator PCC with embossing LT cable with height not less than 600 mm , situated on PCC base all as per standard specification and as directed.

"REFRIGERATION & AIRCONDITIONING"

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% suitable upto 2 Tonne Acs and water cooler complete all as specified and directed.

"DG Set"

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 40 KVA 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and complete foundation etc. (A) Diesel Engine:- The engines are rated at 1500 RPM BHP not less than 200 BHP and conform to ISO 8528 specifications, radiator cooled, four stroke and multi cylinder, confirming to BS 5514 / ISO 3046 with the following accessories:- (a) Elecrical starter motor 12 V DC - 01 Nos (b) Battery charger 12V DC - 01 No (c) MICO fuel system with mechnical governor (d) Dual spin on fuel filter (e) Spin on full flow lub oil filter (f) Residential silencer (g) Dry type air cleaner (h) Recovery bottle (j) Shut off coil with safeties for LLOP / HWT (k) Fly wheel and flywheel housing (l) first fill of lube oil and coolant (B) Alternator:- Brushless type, scren protected, revolving filed, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator is suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 pf (lagging) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000/IS 4722. The alternator has the following features:- (a) + 1.0% Voltage regulation (max) in static condition. (b) IP:23 Enclosure (c) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours operation (d) Mounting Arrangement:- The Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads Note: Foundation for DG set deemed to be included in quoted rate. (e) DG Set must comply emission limit as per CPCB-II norms
