Operation and maintainence of Subhash Park, Ambala Sadar (Total Area of Park 66800 sqm) The Executing agency / bidder/ contractual agency shall have to execute below mentioned work with terms and condition: 1. Horticulture ( Total Area 31800 sqm ) a) Mtc.and pruning of grassy lawn:- Grass Cutting and pruning must be done once in a week. b) Watering must be done twice in a week to all the plants) c) Mtc. and pruning of Hedges :-Watering, Hoeing, weeding and pruning must be done once in 7 days d) Mtc. and pruning of edges :-Making proper edging along walk Flower beds flowering mounds etc. with pruning must be sone once in 7 Days e) Mtc. and pruning of trees and shrubs :- Once in 7 Days f) Further, Plantaion of seasonal flowers as per direction issued by Municipal Council, Ambala Sadar 2. Sanitation & Cleaning: - a) All the cleaning services in the park i.e. cleaning of 3 No’s Entry Gates, Musical Fountain, Moping of floor, Footpath Track, Gazebos, Office, OAT, Skating rings, Toilets, Statue portion, open Gym & Play station corner etc complete in all respects and further, all the materils required for sanitation and cleaning i.e. Lizol, Harpic, Colin, Toilet freshner, Brooms, Floor Wiper, Nephthalene balls for Urinal Ports, Squeeze brush, Bottle Spray, Toiet Commode brush, handwash , Air Freshner, Cloth Duster etc should be borne by executing agency / bidder / contractual agency at their own level, no extra cost will be paid by this office in this regard. b) Cleaning of musical fountain, OAT, skating ring, open gym corner must be done after every 15 days. c) Cleaning of Lake shall be done once in a month. d) Further, the contractual agency / bidder shall dispose off all the garbage either wet or dry at their own level and make the park garbage free. e) The contractual agency shall compost all the wet waste of park in compost pits at their own level. f) The contractual agency shall transport all the dry waste to MRF centre for segregation and composting at their own level. g) Any other work as per direction issued by Municipal Council, Ambala Sadar time to time. 3. Watch & Ward:- a) The contractual agency shall watch & ward of subhash park having total area of 66800 sqm complete in all respect i.e. 3 nos entry gates and exit gates, OAT, near Statue, play station corner, near lake, musical fountain, foothpath track, toilet, skating ring etc. or location as per directed by Municipal Council, Ambala Sadar. b) In case of any theft / damage done in park then the contractual agency / bidder is solely responsible for the same and get the items rectified within 24 hours time priod under intimation to Muncipal Council, AMbala Sadar office. 4. Lighting work: a) All the electric lights installed in the premises of subhash park should be maintain by the contractual agency / bidder including their replacement of items by make approved by PWD (B&R) i.e. wires , conductors, joints, Switches, MCB, MCCB's pannels etc or any other electrical equipment.b) The contractual agency / bidder shall maintain the musicial system of fountain, music system in OAT, Music system along the foothpath track etc.. 5. Civil Works: -a) The contractal agency / bidder shall maintain the civil structure work already execute in the park, in case of dmagae, the same will be repaired at their own level. b) Any other direction issued by Municipal Council, Ambala Sadar time to time and the contractual agency/ Bidder to follow the instructions.
