GE/KHU-17/2022-23 REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHT AND EARTHING IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M KHUMBATHANG UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

M & L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L in repair for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exsiiting unsv pole box with new technology thermoplastic ploycarbonate pole box, install, testing and commisssioning of thermoplastic polycarbonate pole box which is shock rust, dust, impact and water proof, halogen and silicon free, UV resistenace with internally embeded gasket high grade gasket made of polyurethane, the thermoplastic pole box suitable size with degree of protection IP 65, type tested, system volatge 230V, 50Hz capacity with temperature resistance of -40 degree celsius to 120 degree celsius with cable entry suitable size duly mounted on steel tubular pole with suiatble MS falt with bolt nuts and washers complete including one No MCB SP of 06 A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing UNSV HPSV/LED fitting with LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy saving Flood light luminaries with high power COB LED as light sources of 30 watt capacity for fixing the light fitting with necessary nuts and bolts and making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of energy saving street light luminaries with high power COB LED as light sources of 45 watt capacity for fixing the light fitting with necessary nuts and bolts and making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Checking of street lights fittings any type on pole to find out defect/ taking out unsv parts such as driver and repairing by changing the defective parts including minor repairs to cable connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Spares of light fitting shall not be measured separately. (ii) The T&P vehicles and necessary ladders etc will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Checking of cross arms and insulator fittings any type on pole to find out defective /taking out UNSV parts such as clamps, nut, bolt, washer and broken insulator and repairing by changing the defeective parts inculding unbound the conductor from insulator complete all as specified and direcetd. Note:- (i) Spares of clamps, nut, bolts, washer shall not be measured separately. (ii) The T&P vehicles and necessary ladders etc will be arranged by the contractor and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F in replacement PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable sheated 2.5 sqmm flat twin core for connection for street light fitting with over head lines /services connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 core 10 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections complete all as speciifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in replacement of 40 mm bore Mild steel galvanized steel tubing with screwed socket joints, Light grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 19,340.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Section-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
